Hotel's Favourite
We absolutely loved coming here! One of our best holidays we have had as a family! Non stop fun from morning till night! 1st time ever in turkey! How many hotels let the kids in a night club. Was so good! As we all enjoyed it! Foam parties, pool parties, entertainment! Food was really good. Downside it was manic as we went in half term. But lots of food choice. Alchol was great. We did bring our own pint glasses as you only get half pints. It would of been nice if the pool bar done cocktails aswell. But only beer and soft drinks. But if u go and get the rum from the irish bar. You can feel it with slush!!! Beach on site, playground, football pitch. I never stayed at a hotel and not wanted to get out! But this one smashed it for us! Was very happy staying there! We had a 2 bed, clean, and big. Entertainment was outstanding! They work so hard! Encouraging to participate in games. But not pushy!!! Bus stop outside for Lara strip. All in all 5 stars from us!!! I’ve done some tiktoks of the hotel if anyone wants to see. Roughdiamond77 is the account… we would defo love to come back again

This was our second hotel during our trip to Turkey (to mix things up a bit) and in hindsight, we would have probably stayed at the first hotel. The hotel is lovely in design the first impressions were really good with welcome drinks and check-in being smooth with several languages spoken in the vast reception area, then you head through the vast complex to find your room. The family room had two rooms, a bathroom, and a small balcony and was tucked away from the busy areas which we appreciated, the children’s room was very basic, but we learned to adapt this to our needs and both rooms included a mini fridge stock accordingly for adults or children. Housekeeping regularly kept the rooms well stocked and clean, in fact, the traffic light system on the doors was really helpful, as after the first good clean we couldn’t find things as the maids had kindly put things away, so we changed the cleaning to every other day. Finding your way around was fairly easy, however, the lifts are a problem, we had three and were on the 4th floor, the lifts would be regularly busy, broken or to some guest’s shame vandalized with broken glass and adverting boards smashed, not the hotel’s fault and shame on you for doing this. With a wide selection of Food and drinks with several places to eat throughout the day, we particularly like to avoid the main restaurant at lunchtime utilizing the outdoor venues which have better service and grilled food. We ate at the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner which was like wacky races, extremely busy and on the whole we found the waiting staff are uninterested in getting anything for you, the choice of food is vast and we were surprised the first night coming down at 7.30 pm to find out doors opened at 6.30 pm and the food was already gone in most trays, however, everything is cooked fresh and you work it out, you do need to try several things as a lot of it was bland, but tradition delicacies are great and there were some real gems. A la carte breakfast and dining are included for one trip in each when you stay, and there are some you can pay extra for, we would recommend the traditional breakfast. Multiple pools for various ages are available, water slides and a private stretch of beach (again incredibly busy) a jetty heading out to sea, could use a bar at the end. Water sports and private villas over the sea can be rented with your own waiter for the day. We found the pool in the centre of the buildings to be ideal, it was like having your own pool, very quiet compared to the chaos at the other pools, it also had a cake and coffee shop which was very good. There are shops available that its better to head out of the complex to a bazaar as the internal shops are expensive, however, we did make friends in some of the shops, particularly clothes, and brought some reasonably priced luxury items, there is also an arcade which seemed pretty empty as the kids would all be in the pools or club. A quick word on the club, its well run and has an outdoor play area, cinema, music and entertainment, an indoor soft play area, its own restaurant, and a place to have a nap. Our little one would love to spend the evening there while we enjoyed the several entertainment options outside the door, the club has lots of staff watching and playing with the children, security doors, sign-in and out, and a high fence surrounding the club. Though we are right outside we usually gauge the reaction of little one, if she wants to go then it’s interesting and we were comfortable, we did have a GPS tracker on her smartwatch too. All in all, we liked the hotel, and it's unfair not to say we enjoyed the stay, our main issues were that we found this hotel to be heavily money-orientated, the hotel was packed to the rafters, every ounce of space was used, everything was busy which meant that the services suffered, and we felt there was no service to speak of. You could point to it being summer and busy, however as I said we stayed in two hotels on this, and in comparison, the first hotel was a week earlier, and the service was impeccable. The other issue is the Guest policy, we had a relative fly in to surprise us in the second week, so we invited her to visit us at the hotel, 75 euro’s for the evening and 100 euro’s for the day the 2nd visit as the hotel is unwilling to let guests in without charging you extra. Now I’m fortunate to have traveled around a bit and have never stayed at a hotel that charges you for guests, she didn’t stay the night, she had dinner and a couple of drinks on both occasions, my guest should be covered through the amount is paid for the week (which wasn’t cheap) and the cost did not meet the value for money on her visits. Would we book again, its highly unlikely it's not for us, and unfortunately none of my relatives will go either as the policy was a sales opportunity missed?

Dear Guest, First of all, thank you for choosing Swandor Hotels & Resorts Topkapi Palace. Your comments about our hotel are very important and help us constantly improve our service quality. Dear guest, thank you again for your valuable comments. We would like to enlighten you on a few issues: Yes, our hotel can be crowded, as you know, the season is very busy in Antalya, but our guests do not feel this density in any area of our hotel and the service continues uninterrupted. any interruption. The stores in our hotel are not within the hotel, they are only tenants, and unfortunately, as the hotel management, we cannot intervene in their sales policies. Dear guests, you know that every hotel has certain rules and procedures and it is the natural right of all hotels to comply with them. There are certain rules in our facility; For example, our visitor procedures are determined by the hotel management and our guests fulfill them according to their needs, the 30 minutes specified in the visitor procedure are free, our guests can come and meet in the lobby section of the hotel, the remaining hours are paid and are divided into certain periods of the day and pricing is different. We present it for your information and wish you well-being. We would like to remind you that we will always be happy to welcome you at one of our Swandor Hotels & Resorts. Kind regards, Swandor Topkapı Palace Management

For last 13 years I have been staying in Antalya, mainly Lara with friends or family and I have stayed at many of the top hotels but I can say this one is one of the best. The whole experience was excellent from the moment we set foot into the hotel, greeted by the beautiful lady in the traditional turkish clothes to the receptions staff, giving us bigger rooms, both close together, the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms, the food choices, the daily activities, the young smiling restaurant staff, the spa/gym area and the whole atmosphere but above all the overall customer service was at a very high standard. There is no doubt I will bring my family and or friends back next time I travel back to Antalya.

We recently returned from an 11 night stay at the Swandor Topkapi Palace and we absolutely loved it! Room We stayed in block 2 with a balcony overlooking the smaller pool. This is in a perfect location, quiet in the evenings but still convenient to the main pool and restaurant. The room was spotless with a comfortable double bed and single bed. There was a modern flat screen TV but the selection of channels were poor with few English channels. We took a fire stick with us which was easily connected to WiFi and gave us access to all UK channels and apps when using a VPN. The bathroom had everything you need. A walk in shower with a powerful rainfall shower and a soap dispenser on the wall. You are also provided with amenities such as tooth brushes, tooth paste, shower gel, shampoo, razor/shaving gel, earbuds and other various items. Other points in room: - safe in wardrobe - Plenty of sockets - Hairdryer in bathroom - No iron or ironing board but this can be given to you on request via guest relations who you can visit or send a WhatsApp. - Cleaned and new towels daily - Stocked mini fridge and packets of crisps and pretzels daily - Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers - ‘do not disturb’ and ‘clean my room’ lights at door Wi-Fi WiFi is free and strong throughout the majority of the resort and even on the beach. We would have had to pay £6 a day to use o2 data and did not need to do this once. My recommendation is to turn off your data roaming and only use WiFi! Swimming pools and beach The main pool is massive with plenty of loungers. You will never need to get up early to reserve these. There is music and activities throughout the day- this takes place in the larger part of the pool. If you like a happy medium then you can go to the other side of the bridge where it is quieter but still plenty going on. There is a smaller quiet pool which our room looked over. This looked lovely but we never went to it as does not get much sun during the day- though this might be exactly what you need at times! For kids there is a small pool with slides covered with a canopy and also a small pool with slides which was not covered. There are full size slides similar to what you would see in a waterpark. These were great fun for both kids and adults. The beach is partitioned off solely for use of hotel residents and had plenty of loungers on the sand, grass and pier. This was a nice change from the pool and we found it nice to go down late in the afternoon and sunbathe on the pier where you got the sun until the end of the day. Food The main restaurant was absolutely massive with a wide variety of food every day. They had everything from fresh pizza, pasta, kebabs, steaks, Chinese, fish etc. People have complained that the food is repetitive, which is true… but it is repetitive because they have absolutely every kind of meal available every night so it is up to you to change what kind of meal you are eating! My only complaint with the food is that some were slightly cold but this wasn’t the end of the world and there is also microwaves available if you’d like to make it warmer. Some certain nationalities also don’t adhere to rules and queues and you may find people jumping infront of you at times. There are 3 a la carte restaurants. You get 1 free meal per trip in the Hurrem restaurant. We made use of this and would highly recommend. Your meal is served in a set tapas style with the table completely filled with small tasty dishes. We were also given a free breakfast and dinner in the Hanedan restaurant. Again this was lovely with the table filled with tapas style food. We went to the Derya restaurant at the beach for lunch. This was a nice change of scenery and had plenty of food such as pizza, pasta, burgers, kebabs and salads. There is also the Divan restaurant which is open when the other main restaurant is closed and stays open right through the night. There is a nice coffee shop which is open 3pm-6pm. You can get nice freshly made coffees, desserts and scoops of ice cream. Drinks There are plenty of bars throughout the resort. The beer on tap was the Turkish Efes which was always cold and not flat. There was a cocktail menu but the staff would always make you whatever you wanted anyway at no cost. They had fresh lemonade, coffee, slushies. One of our favourites was a frappe with baileys added into it. There was also very nice soft ice cream available from the bar at the beach. The cocktail bar at the top of the stairs near reception was unreal. Again, it had a menu but the staff (Handan in particular), would always make whatever you wanted and with a smile! We went here later in the evenings and found it to be quiet and relaxing. There are fridges at all of the bars and on the beach where you can help yourself to cartons of water. Entertainment and activities Every night at 9.15pm there was a show in the amphitheater such as dancing, acrobats etc. We found this really enjoyable. This would then be followed up by live outdoor music and then a nightclub. There were themed nights such as Oktoberfest where there was entertainment, steins of beer, hotdogs etc. During the day there was workouts in the pool and other Pilates, yoga etc at a covered exercise area. There was water football and other games. There is an amusement area with games and machines. There are also 2 full size bowling alleys- you need to pay for their use. We didn’t once find ourselves bored during our stay. Access to other places There is a bus top outside the Kremlin hotel which is right next door. You could get a bus into the shops every 20 minutes. You pay by contactless card or Apple Pay and a single trip cost around 50p and took 10 minutes. It is a straight road which made it very easy to get a bus back. Just go to a blue ‘D’ sign which is a bus stop and get on the next bus. You can check bus timings on the ‘Antalya kart’ app which is the official app for their public transport. I recommend you get off near to the Delphin hotel where all the cheapest bazaars are found. You can get on any bus but they will say LC07, LC07A or 511 on the front. We went to Land of Legends theme/water park which again I’d recommend. To get there, we got a taxi from outside the hotel and it takes around 15 minutes to get there. You can buy your tickets on their website. Gym There is a gym which opens from 7am. It is clean with towels provided and has everything you need with plenty of space, machines and free weights. Late check out zone I’d recommend flying home at the end of your last day as there is a late checkout zone available. On our last day, we visited reception at 9am and reserved a small room, free of charge. You then check out of your room at 12pm and are given a card to access your late check out room. It is small but perfect for locking away your cases and getting changed. Within this building you have access to showers, hairdryers etc. and an area to relax. You also have full use of bars and restaurants right up until you leave! I have no doubt that for a lot more money, you could find somewhere with fancier food etc but for the money that this cost, we have absolutely no complaints and loved every single second of it. We will definitely return and recommend it to any of my friends or family!

Couple This hotel rates as one of the worst for customer service tried getting help for numerous issues and fobbed off! The hotel is like a human ash tray! If you want your children to get cancer bring them here! Smoking is everywhere to the point 6 arrogant idiots turned and blow smoke over my asthmatic wife and laughed! Non smokers have rights too! There should and easily be non smoking areas. If I could move for week 2 I would! Food is acceptable and entertainment is good. I pity the children who have no say in breathing in the smoke who is looking after their rights! Make sure you get a metered taxi as they are conning people out of 36 euro return when we paid 360 lira return to the Isstanbul bazaar

I recently visited the hotel with my family for 1 week and over all we had a nice time but we did have issues with the location of our room. Food There is plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant and it is huge. It works for a few days and then you get bored of the repetitive food on offer. We only discovered the cafe next to the quiet pool on the last few days which offers a few more flavours of ice cream and cakes (which are pretty much the same as the main restaurant). The ice cream in the bar by the beach is lovely, we used to try and enjoy that each day. Grounds/Pool The grounds are lovely and so is the pool. The main pool is where all the activities take place which are fun, and you do have the option of going to a quiet pool if you prefer to relax. The hotel is huge and you will have no problem getting your steps in. The pier is lovely and it was nice to sit and relax there are times, away from all the noise, at night it was lovely to just have some peace and quiet. Rooms We were very unfortunate to be in the building block right next to the Kremlin hotel (room 8305). My elderly father was also with us in the same block and none of us were ever able to have an early night as the nightclub from the Krelim would be playing super loud music from around 21.30pm each night to 23.45pm. You can literally hear the music thumping in the room and can't even hear the TV so we used to have to stay out in the resort until late each night so that we didn't have to deal with that everyday. If you get allocated this room and like to relax in the evening, avoid this block and get moved if you can! We did complain to the staff about our room a few times, but due to 100% occupancy they were unable to move us. One of the staff also said that we asked for rooms together (but surely that should not matter)? Entertainment We enjoyed the entertainment each night and the team is so friendly. The foam party is also very good fun, so definitely would recommend that. The nightclub is pretty dry and not many people seemed to be there (only went to check it out a couple of times to see what it was like but didn't end up staying long). I would recommend visiting this hotel if you love entertainment/activities/noise, but if you want a relaxing break I would choose something else to stay.

My family and I made our 1st visit to this amazing hotel in September this year. The hotel is beautiful and spotless clean in all areas. All the staff are fantastic but one mention is Duygu ARSLAN (Guest Relations Manager) this lady is amazing, whatever our request was she managed to do her best to fulfil our expectations. Big shout out to the bar staff; Serhat, Oguzhan and Hacı Ali who were always welcoming. ( One more gin tonic without ice :) ) The room was always so tidy, fresh and immuculate. Thank you so much for the room maid, fllor cheif and Fatma their manager. We loved all the night shows and live musics so much. Mustafa Animation Manager worked so hard to entertain all the guest of theirs. Additionally the Al'a Cartes are fantastic, we visited the Hurrem Sultan, with fantastic food and service from Hande, made our meal extra special. She is so lovely and kind. Firuze in the Hanedan Restaurant also gave us lovely meals which we throughly enjoyed. I highly recommend Hanedan Restaurant because it worts every single cents. A big thank you to the sales director of the resort Yigit for his helps. We were so enjoyed our stay in Swandor Topkapi Palace and will hopefully be back soon.

The pool and restaurant are very busy, but apart from that we had a great time here. Couldn’t get in at the Al a Carte restaurants as they were all booked up for the week, so if you want to go I’d suggest booking as soon as you get there. Rooms were nice, we had a duplex with the kids upstairs which was spot on. If you are expecting football etc on TV in the sports bar then don’t! The matches are either unavailable or the picture buffers all the time. We took our dodgy box and plugged it in the TV in the room which was ok apart from fetching drinks as we were on the 5th floor 🙂 The pier is miles better than the pool, the sea was perfect for a swim and there’s steps from the pier so you don’t have to worry about sand getting everywhere. Cocktail bar above reception was really good for high quality drinks, maybe a bit of a sterile atmosphere though. Plenty of sport and exercise and yoga etc going on. If you’ve done AI before you know the score with the food. Great for 3/4 days then you get a bit sick of it. It’s not the end of the world though and the quality is decent. Entertainment was cheesy and of average quality, but what the hell, it’s not Broadway!
