We had a wonderful and totally relaxed weekend with Hemant and Sangeeta Chabra at their home. We were welcomed with a hug and the warmth continued throughout our stay. We felt totally 'at home' and Hemant became an instant soulmate with so many insights on how to destress and achieve a higher living condition. The food the family cooked was...

Very Nice place and people to be with. Great location for one to be with Nature. Worth the drive and time to get there. At least one should try it once with family, and specially with kids, they will be with nature in a safe and sound atmosphere.

To start with, too pricey. Read the pros and cons below before deciding. Pros 1. Quiet (only if there aren't any day picnics with kids) 2. Very nice hosts 3. Common area ambience is very farmly :) 4. Pet friendly Cons: 1. Price (already mentioned above. Not really worth the price (~5,000 per night).) 2. Rooms are dull with very...

Hide out is literally one - hidden in Vikramgad and about just 100 kms from Mumbai. Even from the island city you would take just over 2.5 hours to reach this place. It's unbelievable that there is such a lush, untouched, non-commercial place so close to the congested Mumbai. Hide out is a farm as the owners Hemant and Sangeeta...

This place is perfect to just chill for a couple of days. We went with our elderly parents and our 8 month old and really enjoyed the relaxing experience. Parents enjoyed the long walks and the waterfall nearby. Its run by a couple who gave up their urban life to get close to nature. They're friendly and the simple food...
