We stayed at Borgo 27 for 4 nights, mid July. We had an apartment in the annex of the main villa and the rooms were both spacious and beautifully finished. Each had a fridge, a Nespresso machine and the beds were fantastically comfortable. The locations gives you easy access to Verona, the Valpollicella wine region and a choice of superb restaurants. We would also recommend a visit to Villa Arvedi, which Borgo 27 can arrange, where Eliza, was a perfect host. But by far the greatest quality of Borgo 27 was the people. Emiliano was friendly and very helpful but the star was undoubtedly Donatello. Her warmth, good humour and endless patience made our stay truly memorable.

This beautifully converted mansion is the perfect location to explore Italy, in our 6 day stay we have taken the 40 minute drive to Lake Garda, painless trips by rail to Milan and Venice together with the short drive into the picturesque Verona. We have enjoyed delicious wine and food, sun and snow! Our hosts are warm and welcoming, breakfast is delicious and has set us up for busy days. The room is tasteful and very clean, the bed devine. You will feel like at your grandma house with a palace style. The place os gorgeous and the stag very welcoming. A bit noisy due to the road but we were aware of it as we wanted to reach fast the highway next morning

Italian mansion turned into a hotel. Hidden gem, beautiful place with history, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, everything was just perfect. We've spent there couple of days exploring Verona and Garda lake, definitely recommend to visit.

We have chosen the Borgo27 by accident to attend a concert at the arena in Verona. A hearty and friendly welcome, a clean and huge apartment, amenities like a 5* hotel in the bathroom and a wonderful breakfast. All situated in park villa property. What more can you ask for? 20min to Verona, half an hour to the Lago di Garda or the Valpolicella. We certainly will be back. Nothing negativ?
