My wife and our good friends booked a three day cooking class in April, 2015. We were impressed by both the facility and the staff. We were delighted to meet the other members taking the class. This was an experience worth repeating.

Hi, looking for a cooking class/Rest and rejuvination in Tuscany and had few questions. I am not an experienced cook, is this class for experts? Thinking of doing the 3 day class, is it enough to relax and learn how to cook? Can you add additional days just for relaxing but not for cooking? Any recommendations on where to stay I am thinking of Torre del tartufo, are the other sites nice too? what is the average age of folks attending. Are they couples or solo travelers. Thanks :)

My friend and I are traveling to Torre del Tartufo in April 2015. We are wondering if we should rent a car. We would like to be able to do some sightseeing during our free time but we are nervous about driving in another country and about driving up to Torre del Tartufo. Can someone please let me know of your experiences with this? How difficult is the drive from Florence? And is the drive up to Torre del Tartufo really as stressful as others have posted? Thank you!

You are more flexible if you have a car as you have plenty of free time to explore the area and the villa is quite remote. Alternatively we can arrange a transfer from Florence airport to the villa. If you let me know... More
