The setting on a hill in Tuscany is just beautiful and remote. The staff were all terrific...Lena was our hostess and managed everyday schedules, made great cookies and coffee cake, and also became our tour guide on Wednesday. Her husband Alex manages the grounds and engineering for 3 different sites, but always stopped by to say hello and chat. Chef...

This was the most fabulous way that I could have ever spent a week! I took the week long Italian cooking class and I had the time of my life! The chef/instructor was so knowledgeable on every aspect of cooking. The kitchen that we got to work in was beautiful. And the entire staff was gracious and helpful! Maybe one...

I received this vacation as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend. This was truly one of the most memorable experiences of my life. From the grounds of the property, to the view, the amazing staff, and food, this trip was top-notch. Chef Franco and his team made the entire group feel at home. We had three days of cooking lessons...

To say the anticipation going into this vacation was high is an understatement. How can it not be reading all the amazing reviews? But to say it exceeded every single expectation is also an understatement. The week I spent at Torre del Tartufo was unbelievable for me and my two other friends, and all of our new friends we met...

It was truly unforgettable! I went to Torre del Tartufo solo to celebrate my 30th birthday and in that experience, I not only met some awesome...

Our deepest thanks to Franco, our fabulous Chef and Teacher from whom my husband (a pretty ok amateur chef) and I learned so much: new techniques, fresh, healthy recipes and ways to produce a meal for many or a few and to the entire team, Paula, Lena, others, for their warm hospitality, support, and for thinking of our every need....

We were lucky enough to get into Torre Del Tartufo for a 3 day cooking course at the last minute after finding ourselves with an extra week in Tuscany and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our time. What a treat it was. The accommodation was extremely tasteful and comfortable - we basically had an apartment...

To truly appreciate the absolute beauty of not only the villa of Torre Del Tartufo but also the people who work there, you really must visit. I recently did the 3 day cooking school and within minutes of arriving realized it wasn't long enough, and that I would need to go back. Words cannot do the people or place justice....

Stayed with a friend at Torre del Tartufo for the 3 day cooking vacation with Tuscookany in October. Only complaint was that we did not book and stay longer. From the absolute moment we arrived, our expectations were exceeded. The genuine, warm greeting from property hosts, Lena and Alex, to the beauty of the property, and to our anticipated authentic...
