We treated ourselves to a dinner at Woodman Estate - and it was very special. Service is attentive, food delicious and watching the sun set over the lake memorable. Will add this to my favourite places list!

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Just had our 50th wedding anniversary dinner, overnight stay and breakfast with a group of 32 relatives and friends. What a wonderful experience, a customer focused event with all aspects pleasing all of us perfectly. The facilities, the quality and choice of food and the great warmth of the staff made our celebration a...

We stayed here for two nights in one of the chalets - it is an idyllic environment in which to chill out surrounded by nature, especially the birdlife on or around the lake. The chalet was nicely private, extremely spacious and very well appointed. We had breakfast served in our chalet (at no extra cost) on the first morning, choosing...

We booked this as part of a five day trip to the Mornington peninsular - have to say the spa treatments were superb and the restaurant was great but overall we were slightly disappointed. Think the hotel itself is a bit tired and needs work - on checking in we were offered an upgrade for an extra $200, which we...

One night stay New Years Eve 2016. Unbelievable welcome from Michelle. She made us feel welcome & relaxed at 1st sight at this magnificent stately mansion. Showed us around & introduced all the many features. Rooms are well appointed & charming with loads of style. Looking forward to dinner at the open and roomy restaurant. Tables are beautifully made up...

From the warm and informative welcome to our departure we were looked after in every sense of the word. Our room, a spa suite, looked over the lake and gardens which were superb. The room itself was large but comfy and relaxing with every amenity you could wish for, we really didn't want to leave it! We had a delicious...

Disappointing. We walked in and with no obvious reception area, waited for 15-20mins before recieving any greeting. Then were told our room wasn't ready. Massage booked as part of a package was interupted by noisey guests wandering around as well as noise from other treatement room. Hot water during my shower cut out intermittently replaced with freezing cold water. Very...

Dear Sarah B, Thanks for taking the time to post a review on Trip Advisor. It is really disappointing your stay and experience was low-light rather than a highlight. Personally, as the owner, I have tried to contact you as I do not believe your experience was indicative of the quality we offer. I am very sorry. We have not...

a very nice and enjoyable 2 night stay, the estate has a wonderful feel about it, very relaxing and peaceful. Yes it probably a little work on it, but that is part of the charm, wonderful staff and hosts and brilliant food.

My Husband's surprise birthday gift was a two night stay at Woodman Estate . The whole vibe of the Retreat is fantastic in that : * The location is 50 acres of lake & manicured gardens in central Mornington peninsula with an opportunity to walk around the property and take in the beauty of the gardens and bush walking tracks...
