I have stayed here several times over the year and there is never a hesitation to come back. It's more like staying with family rather than a B&B. This is a proper working farm and you are either in the big farmhouse itself or in one of the converted stable block rooms. I've been in most of them and they...

My second stay at Church Farm and this time my friend came. She didn't want to leave. Marian and Steve are fantastic and welcoming hosts. The farm is beautiful and the accommodation is spotless and well presented. This is the perfect place for exploring Shakespeare country and the Cotswolds. We are already planning our next visit. Lovely to re-acquaint myself...

Stayed for four nights on our way home from Wales. What a find! Excellent hosts, Marian and Steve. Their local knowledge was invaluable, particularly for places to eat and visit. Accommodation very clean and homely. Excellent breakfasts. Beautiful setting on a working farm which is available to explore, including nearby woods, etc. Hope to stay again if in the area....

I stayed here over three weeks ago for a one night stay, to enable me to go to an auction. Marion and Steve were the perfect hosts. When I was unable to get everything into my car for my homeward journey, they offered to store items for me. My Girlfriend and I went up on Friday 24th June for a...

Very pretty area, and convenient for Stratford. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Marion and Steve very helpful and friendly. The location is most peaceful and quiet. We would gladly go there again.

Clean, tidy and welcoming family accommodation on a working farm in lovely countryside and nice walks. Very good breakfasts. Good pubs close by but will need a car to to reach them . Stratford upon Avon is within easy reach and Warwick Castle etc .

I stayed here for two weeks for working in Shipston on Stour which was handy. The room was clean and tidy and enjoyed the second week as I was in one of the stable rooms which was lovely with a wet room as a bathroom. All round excellent , recommend it to anyone

I often come to this area to attend a training course nearby. Marian and Steve are delightful hosts: there is always a warm welcome, they are keen to offer assistance and advice on places to eat and will even book a table for you. The rooms are not huge but contain all you need - fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery,...

We chose this as a stopover for 2 nights but left after just 1. We had 2 stable rooms both of which were cleanish . The beds were very uncomfortable and none of us slept well, the decor of the rooms was extremely outdated it was like stepping back 30 years and nothing matched . Our room was small and...
