From the moment we stepped up to the main Hall we were in another world. The Manor is beautiful, staff friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely first class. We wandered around the garden and into the Kitchen Garden which was amazing. We all had a brilliant time and will definitely return.

My wife and I went to Gravetye Manor for lunch. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived and all staff were so very friendly. Even without lunch it would have been a pleasant experience! We took a cocktail in the lower lounge after a brief trip around the formal gardens (at this juncture we had prompted ourselves...

Just returned from a one night stay at this beautiful Manor house! Feeling so relaxed after being treated to the utmost luxury. Standard room was as good as any hotel we have ever stayed in! Food was gorgeous, both dinner and breakfast were scrumptious. Walked round the gardens this morning, saw the kitchen garden where most of the vegetables and...

Everybody wants to know what is the exact definition of HAPPINESS? There is the solution to go and check on a dictionary but even, I don't think it describes the essence of this word. To my point of view, the best way and the only one actually is to drive South of London and arrive in this beautiful Sussex where...

Immaculate accommodation, generous in size, clean and beautifully presented as was the whole Manor house which was furnished with delightful and historically fitting furniture and artifacts. The staff were most helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Service was good and always readily available both day and night in the main hotel and in the rooms. The restaurant...

I've eaten in the restaurant a few times and enjoyed fabulous lunches and dinners. Always wanted to stay over night and have just had my first stay. Wow! this Hotel eclipse anything I've stayed in before. This is not a place full of business people, or people looking for a cheap night. It is a place to enjoy and indulge...

Excellent cream tea at Gravetye Manor yesterday. The warmth from both staff and the log fires was a delight, I found it hard to leave. A beautifully laid out garden that continues to resemble William Robinson's influence and the most polite gardeners in the county.

Wonderful overnight stay in very luxurious room with a delicious dinner. It is expensive but perfect for that special occasion. Gardens weren't at their best but still lovely for a short walk. Overall I would say this is true English style luxury hotel.

... which was a wonderful bash that booked out the entire place. The food was very fine, the rooms absolutely top class, and we even had time in the morning to take in the walled garden. A wonderful place to hold a special event like that, and a wonderful place to stay for a luxury weekend away. When I win...

Staff are friendly and professional. Room are spaces and beautiful. I particular like the special coffee machine and also the pyramid tea bags. The free bottle waters and soft drinks also come in handy if you need them. Bathroom is sparkling clean. There is one set back, the room is so comfortable, it make one lazy to go out....There is...
