Hidden gem, quite laid back, could do with a better bar area. Like the choice of pools. Very difficult to find as there are no signs along the main road to tell you where to come off. The wardrobes have nowhere to hang long dresses.
This hotel is fabulous. We were welcomed by all the team and we treated so well. The hotel is luxurious, clean, well positioned and an excellent base for exploring. The pool areas are superb with some of the most comfortable loungers I have ever seen. We felt extremely sad to leave!
What a gem of a hotel, it really is beautiful and the amenities, decor and staff are superb. We were a group of 6 friends and we ate at the a la carte restaurant on site on our first night, this was the only slight negative as it was a bit stiff and not much of an atmosphere but the food was really good. The hotel has a fabulous beach club (reception staff need to say a bit more about it as we discovered it ourselves really) it has an impressive indoor pool, spa, gym, outdoor infinity pool, private beach, outside bar etc the only down side to this was the added charge for sun beds despite being residents, the Bali Style beds were 150€ a day! The hotel rooms were very pleasant with good choice of toiletries and a really nice well stocked mini bar. We had one friend with some mobility issues but there was a free shuttle to the beach although a short distance it was a bit of a hill back to the hotel. There are loads of beach bars along the beach and some restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, Marbella Nikki Beach is quite close by. You are about 5k from Marbella town and we regretted not hiring a vehicle as the taxis are a rip off and none could carry 6 of us so required 2 each time at 20€ each way. Great hotel, we hope to return next year.…
A simply stunning setting overlooking the Med, this hotel is beautifully modern and sleek. Corridors ouse with Moorish art to complement the architecture. Staff are gracious and most helpful. They are full of Spanish charm. Pool bar, restaurants, numerous outdoor pools and a small exercise room are all on site. The rooms are very spacious. Their decor is quite stunning. Some have ocean and pool views, but even the garden views are stunning. The hotel offers a nearby Beach Club (which I have yet to see.) The restaurant has an outstanding array of breakfast goodies. You can’t go wrong there. For a restful break, this is the place,
The Vincci hotel is located very close to beach and its facilities are very good. But we missed an indoor pool as the weather was not great during our stay. and there is not much for kids to go if the weather turns bad
We have a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel, just a shame we couldn’t of planned better weather. The staff were very helpful and professional, the rooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely come again.
Very helpful staff making you feel at home - very relaxing atmosphere - good breakfast - nice amenities with pools, kids club etc. Our room was super spacious, though not super bright as there was relatively limited window space.
Vincci claims 5 star but they are not quite there. The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent grounds and three pools. Decor is wonderful with all kinds of furnishings and art. Staff were very professional and personable. It is a five minute walk to a wonderful beach, several kilometres long with many restaurants. Prior to arrival I asked for a room on the top floor with two beds. The request was acknowledged. At check in, we were given a ground floor room with one bed. We ended up on the first floor with two beds!! Although there are signs for a shop, we could not find it! So nowhere to buy newspapers or sundries. Breakfast is served in the buffet restaurant and offers everything for everybody. Really good. When some stations run out of food, it is not actively monitored and takes some time to be replaced. We had one dinner in the main restaurant. The decor was quite different to the rest of the hotel and this, together with the service, was at best a 4 star experience. But the steaks were excellent though they were filets and not sirloin as stated in the menu. I do not think we will return to this hotel.…
Very well situated, perfect hotel for relax. Great service on board, everyone very helpful and professional. Beautiful beach (the best in Elviria) just few steps from the hotel. High quality food & drinks. We'll be back :)
Cannot fault hotel or staff but you need to bear in mind that this hotel although close to the beach is in a residential area and you would need to get a taxi if you wanted to go into Marbella. Disappointed with the Spa it costs 15 euro to go in and you can only use the pool for 1 hour, also pool very small and was being used for water aerobics when we went in. There are some lovely restaurants and bars along the beach but because the weather was so bad when we went they did not open every day.
