Arriving on spot, nobody showed up, after half an hour running from building to building I left the place and booked another hotel. Despite the fact that cancellation is free, the whole amount was debited after a person from the hotel called me one hour after I left the property. She was unfriendly, pretending that I did not show up and that she would cash the whole booking immediately. I sent her some pictures made during the time I was on spot. But no deal possible. 10 minutes later my credit card was debited. I never made such an experience and let the choice to everybody to choose this place or not. If that is french hospitality : Bonjour les dégâts and good luck.

Sylvie looked after us like a mother and gave lots of useful advice.The lodge is well situated, comfortable and very calm. Breakfast was "continental" only but fresh and sufficient. There's also a nice feeling of security.
