... whether there is a wedding feast going on during your stay. Don't choose this hotel if this is the case: no way to get dinner as the hotel restaurant's cook doesn't have time for you and also no way to go to sleep early because of the loud music, louder people and smokers outside, under your window...

We have stayed at The Manor Hotel twice before and have always left happy with our stay and recommended it to family members, however something has seriously gone wrong here where do I start, arrived ordered drinks at the bar to be met buy the grumpiest barman not a good start, we stayed in the cottage room 270 seemed quite...

Didn't get to try the food , after 45 mins we were still waiting to be served our food and we were the only ones in the restaurant - so it was hardly busy In the end we left without being served any food as could not wait any longer.

Stayed here this week for 3 nights as it is close to my office, however I doubt I will be staying again. Despite being a small hotel the WiFi doesn't appear to reach all the rooms. TV was hard to hear because of background hiss/hum. Plumbing in bathroom made terrible racket. Breakfast service very slow - on 2 days waited...

Stayed here as was attending a do at the same venue. Firstly, our room was downgraded as there had apparently been a flood in most of their executive rooms. We were placed in a cramped double room that obviously hadn't been dusted in weeks! The remotes for the TV were that disgusting I was afraid to touch them until I'd...

I agree with most of these reviews. I didn't expect it to be as bad as the reviews said, but it was. The room was cramped, stuffy and too hot to work or sit in. No air con and the wifi didn't work in the room. Old fashioned electric fittings were loose on the walls. Carpets throughout the hotel were...

One of the worst hotels I have had the misfortune to stay in. Our room was downgraded because of flooding and the room we were put in was dirty and dusty. The sink was damaged, the general appearance was unloved and told a story. The breakfast was poor, I could go through each component but suffice to say we will...

Room was tiny, TV was smaller than any TV I've ever seen. Room was grubby. View was a roof with air conditioning unit, tarpaulin on roof to obviously stop leaks. Hotel was very very tired in every area. Dinner in the restaurant was awful. They didn't have my first choice starter, they didn't have my second choice starter - I...

Oh my, I've stayed in plenty of hotels and this is by far the worst I've ever stayed in. The room was horrific, boiling hot, radiators blasting all night with no means to turn them down. No glasses for water, dirty carpet, old tv that you need to wire up the free view box to make it work. The guy...

Having stayed at the hotel this week and being a regular business traveler, I stay in hotels 3 times a week- this is by far the lowest standard hotel I have come across in a few years! Terrible room, outdated decor throughout, grubby, noisy and generally run down! I would rather stay in a local travelodge. The only good thing...
