A great couple run this property and make you feel very welcome. Very tasteful, modern, clean and warm and in a great location to walk everywhere. Lovely views over the sea available and space galore if traveling in a small group or family. Highly recommend
Average reception from managers. When I asked about the cafe next door screeching it's tables and chairs on the concrete floor right next to our room at 5.45am I was told to talk to them myself.

The location of this accommodation is great for visiting Mount Maunganui, it is literally right next to restaurants and a super short walk to the Mount, the beach or the hot pools. Great secure off street parking also. The apartment we had was 1 A....More

8 of us stayed at the Pavilion for work - comfortable, spacious apartments that are well appointed. Nice people, great location.
Mt Maunganui has so much to do in the local area - great location for anything from work to a family holiday.

We were also unimpressed at having an electrician wanting access to our room for repairs! When we were only there for 2 nights
