The quiet, quaint and beautiful hotel was like a family home in a picturesque mountain setting. There is designated parking in the front as well as the rear which we found is a rarity in Italy. The staff was extremely welcoming and warm. Our room was spacious and very clean with a beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains. They have a bar, restaurant and bakery with the options to dine inside or out that were excellent. We look forward to coming back to this fantastic hotel and town! Thank you to the whole staff who made our stay special!

I just stayed at this property from September 24-October 6, 2014, while visiting relatives in the area. It was WONDERFUL! This hotel/bar/restaurant/pasticieria(sp?) is family-owned, and they are all involved - father, mother, son, and daughter. I had a room with a kitchenette, and all of my needs were more than met. My rate included breakfast every morning, and by the third day they had already noticed that I was eating the same thing every day. From then on, the items which could be were already at a place for me whenever I got around to coming down in the mornings and the lovely barista would make sure I had my cappuccino right away. The room was not only comfortable, it was sparkling clean when I arrived and every day during my stay. Everybody was so friendly and helpful; I really loved staying here! I highly recommend it to anybody staying in Baceno or the surrounding area. I would be very happy to stay here again!
