I loved staying here! The employees were awesome! They allowed us to stay with our dog, and accommodated everything for us. We stayed in the room with the private pool and it was great. I believe is the best option outside west bay. I would recommend this hotel for those who want a calm stay in Roatan. Very comfortable room. Beautiful pools. I really enjoyed the water sports available free of charge, like kayak.

It was an amazing time, from the driver who picked us at the airport, reception staff and the great team at the restaurant, bar, cleaning ladies. All were really committed to making my husband and I feel really relax, welcome and secure. I recommend this hidden jewel at the Caribbean just to step away from life's daily hassle. The food is amazing, coffee delicious, homemade jam, and fresh juice are really a treat. Rooms are spacious, well-conditioned and with a great view. Thank you, VERANDAS, for making our celebration a memory to last a lifetime. The infinity pool is just great!!! I would really recommend a bit of work on the beach so guests can enjoy a dip on the ocean 😉 We hope we can come back with the rest of our family and have another great time... so see you soon !!!!!!!…

What we liked We spent a week here in a room with our pool. We enjoyed having our own pool and the room was nice and the bed was soft. It was quiet and private. The front desk staff was attentive. Housekeeping was pretty good. We we didn't like The hotel seemed to be lacking maintenance. I know being on the ocean things require more attention but it didn't look like it was receiving it. The food and drink service was slow. And the food wasn't that good for the price. All and all it was ok but I don't think I would go back.

We apologize if we fell short on maintaining certain areas, you can understand that being so close to the ocean and just reopening after 5 months of being closed will take some time to catch up on all we have to complete but we certainly are working on it.
