If you are looking for a true French experience, please visit this hotel. My family and I (11 of us) descended upon this hotel late one evening. We did not expect the gate we knocked on to open up to end most beautiful and peaceful courtyard/dining area. We were met by a gracious and gentle host and although the 4 excited children naturally disturbed the peace, we were still offered a meal, one of the most delicious meals I have ever eaten, with the best of wines. It was my father’s 75th birthday and they managed to find candles for his dessert. The simple yet charming rooms were clean and had AC and I had one of the best nights sleep in quite a while. I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you La Passiflore!

We chose Vergeze as a mid way point on a long drive from Agen to Nice. We basically checked TripAdvisor and fell for the photos and good reviews. We arrived late and in pouring rain and we initially concerned the hotel had closed as we stood outside a solid wooden gate with no way to get in. Our fears were quickly allayed as we were greeted by a lovely older man with umbrellas in tow for us and let us in and welcomed us. As another reviewer has said it was like stepping into another time. The rooms are quaint and roomy. Opening the window to look out onto the courtyard could have been a scene from a movie. We were relieved to hear that the restaurant was open and enjoyed a great meal - lamb chops are superb and shouldn't be missed.

We chose this pace because of its proximity to Nimes (not too close) and for the pictures we saw...it looked beautiful. We were not disappointed. Typically French and full of style and charm! We only stayed for one night but the images will remain along with remembering its comfortable room. I would recommend it to anyone for its charm, quietness, style, cleanliness, facilities and breakfast.

Quaint hotel with rooms centred around a small courtyard. Our room was clean and very cosy. Small bathroom with hairdryer. Flatscreen TV and free Wi-Fi. Continental breakfast. We had a hire car which we parked in the free car park directly across from the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful with suggestions for excursions and visits. The hotel is 200 metres from the railway station. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
