Cabin location at sea-shore, very nice views. Good facilities, paid swimming-pool. Many actities organized, mostly only in local language. A lot of noise at night due to evening activities and close by high way and train track.
Best Service team, wonderful location, authentic Italian food (region Marche). Torre di Palme- beautiful place. Very good Market on the camping. Houses on the Beach. I recommend it very much both for family and couples
There are so many good things about this site but it is ruined by the hidden extra costs to use the pool or the beach. We spent 9 nights here, intending to stay on site pretty much the whole time as it has a nice pool and it’s own private beach. We arrived late in the afternoon and sent our boys to the pool whilst we set up. They returned after being told by the lifeguard that they weren’t allowed in. After we set up we then went to the reception and were told that it was €2.50 per person per day to use the pool! The next morning we complained and were told that there was nothing that we could do. We decided that we would have to get a pass otherwise it would ruin our holiday. We knew when we booked that there was a sandy section of the beach which you could pay extra for. We went back to reception to find out which section be could use for free. Almost all of the beach covered in sun beds. We were told that all of the sun beds had to be paid for and there were only 2 very small areas which d could use. Even if we wanted to pay for the sun beds they were fully booked for the first 2 days so our only option was the free sections which were not the best and further to walk. We worked out that for us, as a family of 4, it would have cost an extra €18.50 per day to use the pool and the beach. Quite disgusting! This is mentioned on the website but only if you download the brochure and the booking confirmation if you book direct. It does not say on the page for the pool or the beach. We used a third party website and it wasn’t mentioned in anything. We used the restaurant on the first night which was good but very busy. You need to book a table which we didn’t do that was our fault. The food was nice and the service was good. The ice creams here are amazing! The whole site was very clean and there were guys our everyday clearing leaves from empty pitches and sweeping up etc. Toilet facilities were nice and clean, the water was hot and plenty of it. We were. Inverness about the size of the pitches as we have a massive tent and a large VW transporter. We didn’t realise that cars aren’t allowed on the site, there is a free car park and you can park quite close to your pitch so you don’t have to walk far. There are also golf buggy’s to help you if you have to take anything to your pitch. We were allowed on to set up and also to pack up when we left. This is a brilliant idea and made it much safer for all the kids to run around or cycle on the site without worrying about the cars. The site is very loud with train noise. You are close to the train tracks. There is a football pitch, basketball court, volleyball pitch and park for the kids. They are all very good and kept everyone entertained for hours. I really think that this site need to address the extra cost issue. I have never experienced this on a campsite before and it is a con. We ended up not using any of the facilities and driving to the nearby and much nicer, beautiful sandy beaches. We spent all of our money outside the site going to other restaurants etc. We would have spent everything on site as we intended not to leave. Very shortsited of them! …
Really enjoyed staying here. Great facilities and close to the beach. Very comfortable apartments and 5 mins from the stunning town of Torre Di Palme. Surrounding areas of rural Italy are very beautiful. Perfect for families.
I have just returned having spent 4 days there, my property being out of action due to last years earthquakes. The season hasn't really started and so everything wasn't in full swing however I can confirm that the mobile home was spotlessly clean, as was the entire site and all staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative is the proximity to the railway but that is outside of their control. The trains run till about midnight so if a light sleeper ask to be as far away as possible from the railway line or take earplugs
