Arrived in Ondangwa after hours of driving through the heat and dust of northern Namibia. Was fortunate to find this guest house on the way out of town. It's a real oasis in the area. Very friendly service by Mr and Mrs van Zyl, who run the guest house. Scrupulously clean rooms. Everything working properly. The guest house has deep...

We arrived in Ondangwa quite late in the afternoon after a long drive and no booking. Fortunately found a sign to the Fantasia Guest House, which had just been taken over by a new owner. We had two simple, but very clean rooms, fully equipped with Microwave, fridge, kettle etc, very secure parking and opportunity to self-cater or have food...

We were met by the friendly owner and found a pleasant environment, very clean rooms offering tv, fridge, microwave, cutlery, coffee and tea facilities. Tented accommodation also available. The premises are very secure with a 24 hour guard and the owner orders in meals on demand if you need anything beyond breakfast. The Guest House is close to the main...

“Book a room away from the main entertainment area as the rooms have blinds only and light and noise from the veranda filters through at night. Bring ear plugs for a stay in Ondangwa, Ongvediva or Oshakati - these places are buzzing with disco's which are playing very loud music right through the night at peak times. Might help to get a good night's rest!”
