I chose to go to the hotel instead of the waterpark because I thought there would be fewer people and no kids. It was definitely the right choice. For $90 I received transportation to and from Mendoza, use of all of the facilities at the hotel, an excellent buffet lunch, and a one hour massage (which should be booked in...

Amazing thermal pools, all different temperatures. It was a bit rainy when we went so it was lovely to be in a hot pool whilst being rained on! Mud therapy was good and they also offer massages for a good price although it wasn't the best I've had! But the lunch..... it was the best buffet I have EVER seen!!!...

For me, the "all inclusive" hotel & spa was good value for money (I live in Brazil.) I spent five nights in a mountain view room: Comfortable, not luxurious & clean bathroom. The hotel is quiet except during week ends when mini buses bring "day trippers".  The spa facilities and pools are very clean, relaxing, good massages, plenty of towels and plush robes are available...

We were lucky and able to get in before booking for the spa day. Recommend that you book before you go. If you can arrive early - around 10 - before the tours arrive. It will give you more time to establish yourself. Staff very good and you have a choice to rent a bathrobe before you are led through...

Went on a spa day here half way through our travels. Much needed after a few days biking the vineyards!! The location is spectacular. The staff look after you really well with towels and advice on how to use the spa properly. You are given free waters and fruit throughout your use. The buffet at lunch is undeniably incredible!!! Worth...

BE WARNED THIS IS A CASH ONLY OPERATION!! This hotel is up in the mountains. It's a great location but there are issues. The online photography gives a very false impression of the place, it shows only the superior rooms! If, like us you had no option other than a standard room. The room we had, 26 was very tired,...

Nice place for relaxing. We spend just one day there and we become renewed. Beyond the beauty's place the food for lunch time was expectacular! A lot of salad and vegetables, and different kind of meats.

We enjoyed a full day here on our recent trip to Mendoza (Nov 2016). Our hotel (Sheraton) had a travel desk and we were able to book and pay directly at the travel desk. We made our booking a day in advance and everything was arranged on our behalf. Pick up from the hotel was around 9AM, and we brought...

This was a perfect day. We did not stay at Hotel- just did the day spa We booked through our hotel so we were able to use CC to pay when we settled our hotel bill. We had a rental car so we drove ourselves. There are two hot spring areas here, a cheap one that is open to the...
