A friend and I stayed for one night and we loved it! They received us with our two dogs (one lab and one medium rescued dog). At the beginning they were a lttle reluctant with the pet friendly concept but as time went by they became more flexible. They were new with the pet friendly concept. The place is amazing with a huge and increidible garden full of little treasure corners. The dogs really enjoyed the garden! They also have an open bar and snack living room with table games you can freely use and write in a note pad everything you consume. It made us feel at home!!!! We had the best breakfast with everything home made and the best service and attention. We did an inxredible hiking trip and we were picked up at the hotel, since we are at the foot of a beautiful mountain we basically started hiking right off the hotel! Also it is right next to the best spa in Malinalco (Olinyotl).…
We stayed two nights at the hotel because we were attending a wedding in Malinalco. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner of the hotel. The room we were to stay in had the bedroom on the second floor. The stairs were too much for us so Margarita was able to put us in a first floor room even though it took a phone call to the person who had booked it for the next day. The landscaping is spectacular. It is a feast for the eyes. There are flowers everywhere, plants hanging from tree branches, butterflies and birds. It is so peaceful. A great vantage point is on the patio where a delicious breakfast is served by the hosts. The fresh fruit, juices, homemade jams and butter with the wood oven bread from town is your first course. This is followed by your choice of a hot breakfast. Since we needed a taxi to get to the wedding the hostess called one for us. She also gave us suggestions of where to eat dinner the night before. This is a peaceful get away from the city.…
The hotel is in a beautiful oasis of flowers, about 10 minutes walk from the town of Malinalco. We were greeted by the friendly hosts and shown around the grounds of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and our bathroom was nice and airy. Breakfast was delicious and plenty.
I would never have thought that only 2 hours from Mexico City you'd be able to find such peacefulness and relaxation. The accommodation was spacious, bright and cosy, but what you come here for is the incredibly well kept gardens and the peace you find within. We were woken by roosters and countless local birds. Next highlight was the rich and delicious homemade breakfast that prepared us for the hike to the Mexica ruins.
