We stayed there for 3 nights in mid September. We had booked a suite and the room was great in pretty much every respect, size, renaissance style décor etc. Location was pretty ok too. Sadly, the staff was extremely unfriendly, starting from the breakfast (the waiters made it seem as if they were doing us a huge favour for serving...

It's worth taking the 30 minute water taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. It's direct but more than that, as the classic and iconic low roofed wooded vessel approaches the city, it provides a sense of drawing you in and allows you to soak in the richness of the centuries old architecture. A modest reception area awaits your...

Great location right on grand canal in Venice. Vaporetto right outside front door but still quiet in rooms. Easy walk to all attractions including great shopping, Riallto bridge 10 minute walk. We took advantage of their offer for full dinner including as sister hotel overlooking grand canal with 1 hour boat tour on their own boat. Very nice experience. Very...

We had a wonderful time there!! The hotel location is just prefect, you can take the vaporetto just in front of the door, or you can walk to the main attractions. The hotel is very beautiful and has a wonderful garden in front of it, besides the Gran canal!! I would go there always! We had some problems with the...

Be careful making a booking here. They cancelled my reservation at the last minute and claimed my credit card had been denied. My bank verified no attempt had been made to charge my card by the hotel. Wondering if they found someone willing to pay more for my room since rooms were in short supply in venice that night. Very...

This beautiful hotel on the Grand Canal is perfect for a short break in Venice. Everything is quietly understated but perfectly done. Our room was large and beautifully furnished (Superior) with a lot of local Murano glass and a view of the Grand Canal. The staff were always very helpful. Particular mention goes to the lady receptionist and to Guiseppe!...

I really enjoyed and loved my stay. The location was perfect near the shopping area, bus station and restaurants. The room was clean and nice. The staff were professional, nice and cooperative. The only thing I would comment is the WiFi is very slow.

Hotel is beautiful, clean, and the rooms large. We had a canal view with a double king and an extra large bathroom w/a separate jetted tub. Nothing better than coming back to your hotel after your first night in Venice with a bottle of prosecco, climbing into an open window overlooking the canal and taking the city in. The location...

Staff lovely - no fuss and efficient and unobtrusive . Lovely tranquil courtyard to relax after busy day. We really rated the location and for venice it's pretty easy to find (especially from station) . Breakfast included and generous. Booked last minute and got a very competitive ( for venice ) rate . Your room might not have a canal...
