This place has changed hands and is now called The Harnser. It's had an upgrade and is really rather nice. The people running it are very friendly and welcoming. It's definitely an improvement on what was there previously.

I stayed for one night on my way around the Norfolk Coastal Path. The accommodation was clean, tidy and had all the facilities that a weary walker would need. The bed was comfortable and the en-suite spacious, with a vigorous shower! The decoration was a little dark but considering the age of the building (beams etc) , it wasn't shabby...

Called in on the way home for breakfast. A very warm welcome (but not intrusive) coupled with a fantastic pot of tea and hot chocolates for the girls. We all had an English breakfast, which arrived promptly (but definitely freshly cooked) and wasn't swimming in grease. Plates cleared all round. Will be coming again.

We stayed for 2 nights. Room 6 very clean and spacious. All very comfortable. Food is great and you get good sized potions. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Would definitely return. Recommend a trip out to Blakeney Point to see the seals whilst you're in the area.

We stayed at this B&B for 2 nights after looking at previous reviews, however we were a little disappointed, our bathroom was across the landing with a very small shower the toilet seat did not stay up and the toilet roll holder fell off the wall, The sink in our room was clogged with hair. Good points were the owners...

Spent two nights here over the bank holiday weekend. The owners were welcoming and friendly, rooms were spotless and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good and overall, Cookes of Cley could not be faulted. Recommended.

We stayed here for three nights taking three of the five rooms: 3,4 and 5. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well equipped although the towels were very small and we did get frowned upon when we asked for then to be refreshed after day two. The bathrooms were spacious and everything worked! Room 4 had a bathroom across the...

We stayed here last week whilst walking the Norfolk Coast Path. This B&B is very clsoe to the path. The room was very comfortable with generous tea and coffee making facilities. We used a baggage service and had no issues with our bags being dropped off and they were in our room by the time we arrived. The breakfast was...

Travelled with friends and we took most of the rooms. Character property with a side garden that we were able to use in the evening for a picnic. Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. Nice choice of cooked - full English, smoked haddock, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon - and cereals. Bedrooms clean, nice bed linen, towels small, toiletteries included....
