I stayed here last week, and spent 5 days living like a king. The food was amazing (and the staff always went out of their way to cater for my Vegetarian diet), service was fast, friendly and efficient and facilities were excellent. The hotel is right next to the skiing slopes, just a few minutes walk, so it is perfect for anyone looking to improve their skills on the piste. I had a great week, thanks to all the staff!

I spent a week in this hotel with colleagues from Manchester and Italy. From the beginning, we were treated like royalty, but made to feel like home in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. The service was fantastic - the rooms were spotless and were cleaned daily, and had a wonderful view over the lake and towards the mountains; the bar and 'living room' were cosy and welcoming, with a lovely log fire to keep you warm; the swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing; and the food was the most incredible and varied I have ever had.
But the real stars are the staff: you really are made to feel part of the family. Lily is an amazing cook; Ferrando never seems to sleep, and is everywhere, and always smiling, while Simona, Arianna, Eleonora and Giuliano can never do enough for you. It does help if you can speak some Italian, but you can get by without.
