In my 63 years I have never stayed at a resort that charged you for electricy usage nor have I have to sign a request form 4 hours prior to needing a taxi. Still waiting on my final receipt! LESSON LEARNED! Will not return!
The resort is nice and the rooms are comfortable, but staff were not that friendly or helpful. We arrived at 2 and were told that our room would be ready by 4, so we dropped off our bags and went to lunch. At 4, we...More
Great rooms, stayed in the Guildford which is newly renovated. Only complaint was that our room on the first was pool view, but from the back of the swim-up bar (Rm. 3118). The beach behind the Londoner is walking but rocky and has sea grass...More
If you stay on the crowded west side you might just as well be in Florida. The east side has a feel of the real cayman laid back and uncluttered island life. Morritts has everything on site you could need and the staff have this...More
We stayed here the first two weeks of July 2017. The first week we were in the Quiet Pool complex. Very nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. The second week we stayed in the Londoner, which is considered it's elite building. It's on the beach, beautiful...More

My wife and I had an older room with a view of the small pool. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Some minor updates were needed ,but in my view they were minor. For example the ceiling fan made a grinding noise so we did not use it. The bed was a little soft. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The resort is large with 3 pools and two swim up bars. The beach was nice but did have a lot of coral in the water. The resort has two restaurants . The area nearby does have several good resturants but is very sparsely populated. Cleanliness was not an issue.
Some of the units are third floor walkups. The new units in the Londoner were very nice with ocean views.
