Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We loved staying at this hotel (3 nights in July 2022). We have already ordered 5 nights in August. This is not a hotel for party fans. The hotel is intended for people who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Close to the lake with clean and warm water (pebble beach). Large indoor pool (20x10 m). Possibility of walking and cycling. The spa is said to be nice but we didn't use it as the weather was fantastic. High-quality and tasty breakfasts and dinners. The prices are quite high, but the high quality of the service justifies it. The only doubts we had when we watched the clothes of the employees. With such high temperatures, workers probably don't need it pantyhose.

The surrounding area is absolutely breathtaking. Real forests with old trees, green hills, bushes in full blossom. Picturesque lake full of fishes. The hotel is small but it has the largest pool I ever saw in any hotel. I was there off season and enjoyed quiet tranquility and I had great time. Breakfast on an open terrace just nailed it. Also room / bed / shower were really 4 star. A minor complaint was horrible elevator music that haunted me in all common spaces including restaurant.

I stayed 5 nights in presidential apartment with my family and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful, with a nice spa and swimming pool, amazing restaurant and very professional service. Highly recommended and we are already looking forward to our next holiday in the hotel.

This is a review of the restaurant. We came here for late lunch with a big family (around 9 people) on Monday. We didn’t have a reservation. We were seated straight away and the service and food was truly outstanding! Also, for the quality of food and drinks, the prices are amazing. Definitely recommended.

My visit was limited to the restaurant only. The food, serving and everything was top, as one would expect from a 4* hotel. We all received our meals on time and professionally served with white gloves and a big smile. Even the kid was greeted with “sir” :-) Was very pleased!

Check in - very rude staff, no smile, no welcome talk, very few information about the hotel. It really surprised me, that you have to pay for wellness use an extra cost. Parking - hard to find free parking, as there are no reserved boxes for hotel guests. Rooms - nice rooms with good cosmetics, towells and bathrobes Wellness - we left after few minutes - no rules working here. Sauna world with jaccuzzi ai presented as naked area for adults. In reality families with little kids used the jaccuzzzi, they asked a little girl age 2-3, to check every sauna - to open the door etc. So for regular guests (naked adults) very unprofessional and no control from the hotel staff. Restaurant - dinner was ok, also wine choice. Very good breakfast. Conclusion - this place is nice for families with kids, but not for couples

Excellent location, level of service, restaurant and spa facilities. Recommend a boat/yacht trip around the lake with a swim. We hired one of the little houses, this easily accommodated us and our 3 teens.

The location, and the design of the hotel! The total color co-ordination was outstanding! Especially the upper wall of the bed was reflecting the color of the lake and that's what I personally like about most before reserving a room facing the lake, although the weather was very dismal on the day we got here. Some of the staff in the restaurant were lethargic while the others were very polite and energetic.

While clean and ok sized new rooms there were too much little points to complain: slow check-in, Spa not included, roof top bar closed, slow reaction to a hotel staff mistake, little visible guest-is-king attitude and a frustrating elevator system. Steep stairs to lake and view onto lake gets obstructed by the trees. Dinnner was good.

Such a beautiful setting, this hotel is pure luxury. The spa is first class and the service is top class too! Marek is such a asset to this hotel, his customer service skills are perfect. Food was so good and a good choice at breakfast. The young guy who works at the pool was so helpful and a really friendly lad.
