We stayed in a Preferred Club Master one bedroom suite our family of 4 (children are 11 and 15). The resort is beautiful. Our room was fantastic with a beautiful ocean view. It’s clean and modern. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We could find chairs all around the resort pools and water park. The only place you wait it’s for the à la carte restaurant. The food was delicious. The only down side is the beach. There’s a lot of seaweed all around the Caribbean. I highly recommend it.
Excellent stay! Highly recommend for families. Not one complaint. Tons of things to do and all staff were above and beyond helpful. Waterpark was the kids highlight as well as the sailboats. Entertainment was always exciting and fresh.
4th time to DR, first time at Hyatt Zilara. Absolutely the best! The 4th of July celebration was extraordinary, better than any celebration I’ve experienced stateside! Hyatt spared no expense-fireworks, music, all types of food, antique cars, games, transformers….it was legendary for all ages!
This was my 2nd trip to Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Check in was a breeze with the mobile app, and you get a digital key card. The staff goes above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience. Special thank you to our bell boy Walma, he was courteous, and speedy upon arrival and departure. At EL mercado: Juan Jose + Patricia, and lastly Daniel, our beach waiter!! Daniel made great suggestions, and keep the tasty drinks flowing!!
This is our third time at the Ziva Cap Cana. This time we came back for a vow renewal with friends and family. Paola did a great job with the organizing of the event. The setup and food was spectacular. Adrian was our butler and he was so quick to respond and coordinate anything that we needed. This is our families favorite vacation spot and we are already booked again for next summer. Even the concierge manager Pedro checked in with us several times. As always we had an amazing time and look forward to coming back soon.
This resort was amazing. Eduar, our butler, made sure we had everything we needed. Reese and Jesus made sure our dinner on the beach was incredible (seriously some of the best food ever). Brayan made sure we stayed active at the beach and pool with volleyball, beach soccer and water aerobics. Andreuoy and Jairon at the One Eyed Cat made the best drinks (they are real artists). We really enjoyed the resort and pool and will be coming back.
The staff was extremely welcoming and made our first stay in Punta Cana even better as a large extended family. Pedro, Delfy, Jonathan, and Brayan were wonderful with running the teen club and on-beach activities for the families (beach olympic games during the day, shows and club activities at night). Danny was great with beachside service and drinks and very kind. The people working at the coffee bar were extremely helpful and made delicious drinks at every hour of the day! The people running the workout classes, especially beachside yoga and functional training, were a great part of the already amazing gym.
Our family trip to the Hyatt Ziva was exceptional. Overall, the resort is top notch and the service is impeccable. Recognizing several of the team members who made our vacation memorable: First and foremost, our personal concierge/butler Juan was fantastic. He greeted us on our first day and checked on us constantly throughout our vacation to ensure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to ensure we were constantly taken care of. From sending drinks to our room, to having photos added to our TV in recognition of our anniversary, to helping arrange personal activities for the kids, Juan was always on top of it. His friendly demeanor and genuine attitude made it always exciting to engage with him. Honorable mention to Eduar, one of the other butlers who we also befriended. You would think he’d been with Ziva for years, but in reality only started a few weeks ago. He’ll make so many future visitors vacations unforgettable. Both are a class act and we’d love to see them again in the future. Upon check-in, we met Hector the mixologist at the club lounge bar. Beyond friendly, Hector has a true passion for his craft. The resort has multiple bars, but we constantly went to see Hector because of the great drinks he put together. Phenomenal and skilled bartender! Pedro the activity director made the greatest impression on all the families. Kids would constantly run up to him and he’d engage every single one with a smile and hug. Pedro organized games, played with all the kids, led water aerobics and even facilitated the evening shows. He was out the last two days of our trip and his absence could really be felt throughout the resort. He is a true difference maker for families visiting the Ziva. From the quick serve, to the buffets, to the fine dining, the service at all the restaurants is incredible. Thank you to Juan and Angel at Chinola, Jose S. at Tempest, and Cindy at the coffee bar for taking great care of us. The curated entertainment offerings are also worth noting. The production quality of the rock show and the magic show were really great. The Ziva Cap Cana is excellent for families. Great service, top shelf liquor, gourmet food, a water park, and high quality entertainment and activities for all!…
Our nephew got married in another part of DR. The day after the ceremony, 10 of us piled in to a chartered bus and headed here to spend rest of the week. We were impressed from the minute we checked in. My husband and I upgraded to the club level which included the service of a butler to show us around, answer questions, and help us with anything extra we needed to book (spa, transportation, etc.). Ours was Anderson, and he was amazing. He was very responsive via WhatsApp and also made a point to find us during the day to make sure our stay was going well. The pool experience during the day was so fun. Each featured a swim up bar. There were also servers bringing drinks. My husband and I opted to spend our time at the adults only section but the family pools appeared just as nice. It was great to be able to go back and forth. There are many offerings for dining and we enjoyed all of them. I am normally not a buffet person (I was a germaphobe before it was cool) but the Mercado had employees serving and plexiglass protecting the food. There are also several sit down options. The Italian was my fave. One of my favorite things was that the size of this resort makes everything feel open and relaxing. Even though the resort was full, we didn't feel piled on top on one another. Another thing I want to say is that our group consisted of young adults, middle aged folks, and seniors. There were activity options for all, we all had fun experiences and had a great time.…
Excellent service, food, drinks and entertainment. Special recognition to the bellman Lester, photographer Daniel, Jesus who made me a tasty seafood cocktail at the pool and the best bartenders Freddy and Enzo. Great memories!!! It would be great to have merengue and bachata to enhance the experience. Thanks to all the extraordinary employees ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
