Our experience in Sanctuary was excellent. People like Fernanda, Carlos, Anselmo, Jenny, Jeremias, Sandro, Ray, William, Jacobo, Niersin, Jazmin made the difference. The facilities were well decarated, clean and beautiful. The food was perfectly presented and very good. This resort was amazing. The entertainment team was excellent! The rooms are large and the view from our room was breathtaking. This is our second trip here and it was just as good if not better than the first. The drinks were good and the service was great! Can't wait to come back!

We visited for the first time in November 2019. It was a beautiful resort, the room was amazing and the staff friendly and helpful, especially Hector our butler!! As it was quite quiet not all of the restaurants were open which was quite limiting but the food was excellent in all those that were open. Have to say the downside was the entertainment which was not great. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for a lovely time.

Great food, service and weather last month. Variety of restaurants was wonderful. Service at the beach and pool could have been a little more attentive. The beach is nice but enclosed on both sides which is great for privacy but not for walking. Fitness center is outstanding. Lots of room options with great views. Highly recommend the hibachi and sushi restaurant. Went twice.

The resort was absolutely beautiful but we feel we faced many challenges. First out of no control of the resort the weather was rainy and grey off and on for the first 3 plus days. We had to continually move around the pools to get a spot either with shade or an umbrella when the sun was out. The hotel was at 38-60% capacity for the most part so hard to understand the lack of umbrella's. The staff was amazing especially Conan and Angelo who greeted us every morning for our breakfast plus we met up with them at other restaurants through out our stay. The COVID virus scare did not help to make our vacation any better as we were staying our distance from many that we would normally have been communicating with. No beach to walk unless you walked on the public beach beside the resort. Our room was nice but we have stayed at resorts with much prettier rooms. The food was amazing and the 15 minute commute to and from the airport was a breeze. We did the bike tour which we totally enjoyed however we could have gone much farther than we did. All in all with news of the virus spreading we were glad to arrive home. We are both ready for another vaca already.…

We did not try to order wine to the room, but you always can order at any of the bars or restaurants

The King and Queen Villas do have plunge pools on their deck area
If you go to the review section and enter the word "Imperial" in the search criteria you will find the reviews for those who have stayed in the suite and mention this fact in their review
