Professionalism of a service is not only displayed at the premise only, its also shown in facebook messenger. I want to book a room and the website said there is no room available. So I followed what they mention in their facebook post which is to call them for any information (around 8pm). But to no avail after several calls....

They opened a new one nearer to Sematan village called Nomad Sematan Resort. Pros: Its newer, more modern setting and large apartments with 3 rooms. Cons: Have to travel a few KM to the main Palm Beach Resort Quiet, beautiful water feature. Food is very nice

Stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 beachside chalets at the furthest end Booking was done via phone and full payment required (online banking). Checkin was quick, even managed to get our chalets early before noon. Staff at frontdesk and restaurant were helpful. We requested assistance with our bags and in a minute a buggy arrived. Restaurant staff even allowed...

This resort is simple - do not expect great accommodation! The bathrooms are simple, and the toilets get clogged sometimes! BUT the helpful staff and the beautiful beach more than compensate for the lodging inconveniences! If you want to visit Gunung Gading to see the world's largest flower, Rafflesia, then this is the place to stay. I was advised by...

We stay for 1 night, (me, my hubby & our gal of 13) and squeeze in the Queen-sized bed. Anyway, we really enjoy the sun-rise on the next day (around 6am) The room & bathroom is clean and the kettle is new, with a small TV. Outdoor activity is limited, only bicycle, swimming pool and open sea. We really enjoy...

We stayed for 2 days 1 night. The resort is beautiful and awesome. It has a swimming pool that you could lie around, swim, or sit to enjoy the sea view. The staff are friendly when we approached them for check in, rent bicycle, enquiry, seek helps for kite and checkout. The beach is huge and wide, ideal for walking,...

This is a good drive from Kuching 120km for nearly 2 hrs. The Resort is about 3km west of Sematan Town (google map pin was inaccurate). The country scene & beach were the reasons for the effort. Reception personnel is fantastic, esp. Dayang. The beach was v wide at low tide in early evening, and a v good walk for...
