Mount Brandon is one of the southeast’s most attractive self-catering properties. These two cottages are located just outside of Graiguenamanagh only 5 minutes’ walk from the river Barrow - a haven for game and coarse anglers alike. They are 4-star Failte Ireland approved and offer all mod cons.

Lovely clean warm cottage, equally warm hospitality if needed, fantastic garden with great views. Rivers forests and mountains all on your doorstep. This long weekend was the recharge and reconnect with nature that we needed. Thanks carmen & andrea. we'll be back!

Seven of us stayed in two cottages. The cottages were very neat and tidy and everything we needed was there. They are a short walk from the main town where there are pubs and restaurants. The place has a quaint feel about it and little touches like a coffee grinder on the wall with fresh coffee beans in it makes the place all the more appealing. The owners are extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely go back.

Our family of 5 spent a week here in Easter. Lovely cottages a short walk to the lovely village of graiguenamanagh. A great base to explore areas like Wexford, Hook.End lighthouse and of course Kilkenny. There is a nice walk to a coffee shop along the River Barrow takes about 3 hours altogether if you are feeling fit! There is the added bonus of the pottery class which 2 of our teenage kids took which they loved. Definitely recommend Mount Brandon!

We had a delightful holiday. Location was super and Cottage was 1st Class. Clean, Light, and Location was ideal for travelling round. Andrea was helpful, informative and always ready with help and advice. Grounds were beautifully kept plus we had great weather. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great accommodation, very comfortable and excellently equipped, super location overlooking the Barrow valley and Graiguenamanagh, and a warm welcome from Andrea. Ideal for our extended family visiting for a family wedding. Highly recommended.
