Don't, this place is awful. Terrible service, horrible food, there's actually raw sewage flowing on the golf course 1st hole, it stinks. It's just tatty, with litter everywhere and someone had chucked up down the side of our brother's car. They can't make a decent cup of tea, you have to walk 300m to a different building for breakfast and meals and honestly I've seen dead sheep floating down the River Avon flood waters look more appealing than my hotel breakfast sausages, the fried eggs were cold and the bread was stale I'm pretty sure. The wedding weekend was nice and well organised. However the hotel room was so hot, uncomfortably so, and I couldn't figure out how to reduce the temperature and there were no staff around to help. The golf course was nice but play was so slow, 5 hours for 18 holes with no staff to be seen to help. Don't come here unless you really have to 👎

Our stay was booked a Bombay Sapphire weekend. Hotel was very clean and lady working on reception was helpful and always had a smile. In the afternoon, we visit the bar. The young lady serving was friendly. The evening meal was really good but was ruined by being seated with the golf weekenders who had no respect for the women with their foul language. I understand it is a golf resort but you’ve packages which do not include golf. The waitress was extremely rude and collected plates before we’d finished. This morning we went to breakfast and found the main breakfast area was full and went and sat in the garden conservatory. We sat down to be told by the very aggressive manager to move as the area was for a party at 9.30am.We tried to explain we didn’t want to sit under the heater but was told to move. We left at 10am and only two gents entered the area. The weekend with our bestest friends was amazing but sadly the resort doesn’t think about those who are staying but not interested in golf. Will think again before rebooking

My Dad and I did an overnight break here and we had heard of this place through various golfing friends who gave this place a strong repertoire. It did not disappoint. We arrived and the professionals in the shop were more than helpful and made us feel very welcome. We had a spot of lunch in the bar and it was absolutely delicious. Reasonably priced and good portion size too which was perfect for going out onto the course. The golf courses themselves are in incredible condition. The Park and Woods courses were among some of the best courses I have played and the greens were true and fast - perfect for a mid-handicapper who wants a bit of a challenge. Not only that but the views and layout was superb. The hotel staff were very warm and friendly making us feel very welcome. Upon checking in to the hotel we discovered we had a suite and my word it was massive! The bed was enormous and so comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and spacious. The view over the 12th hole was also very pleasing. The evening meal was to die for. The starters were absolutely perfect and the right size too but the mains stood out the most for both of us. We have both never had salmon so big and so juicy too. The accompaniments were perfectly balanced and our belated compliments to the chef. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection to choose from. However, there were a few things with breakfast that caught our eye. For one, there was no coffee available at the time and there was tea in the coffee jugs. We were confused about what to do at breakfast as there was no supervisor/manager available to explain what to do leaving us confused and resorting to asking a member of staff what we had to do. The practice facilities were immaculate and were very good giving golfers a true understanding of the greens out on the courses. Also, the shop was great with the electric trolleys to hire very reasonably priced considering they are the latest Motocaddy GPS trolleys. The Lakes and Park loop was just as good as the previous days' layout and it was a great challenge. We came away feeling totally relaxed which we both needed and we will definitely be returning in the future. A fantastic golfing bolthole just off the M3. The service on our visit in the morning at breakfast could have been better but given that the hospitality industry is struggling at the moment, the staff were doing the best they could and were very commendable.

Thoroughly enjoyed the golf with very fast challenging greens. Rooms were superb, with very comfortable bed, lots of space & Air Con. Food was very good but not quite up to standard of the rest of the amenities.
