As a last minute decision we contacted Renville Oast and were delighted that they had availability. And we were not disappointed. A warm, calm welcome to a beautifully appointed Oast House, our room was immaculate with beautiful linens and a lovely view. Plenty of tea, fresh coffee, toiletries and even crockery and cutlery for our hurried room picnic after a...

I found staying at Renville Oast B&B to visit world-famous Canterbury a perfect match. Canterbury has limited accommodations thus quite fully-booked. Historic, authentic Renville Oast in village Bridge is 20 minutes by bus from Canterbury, 10 minutes for taking the 'park and ride' option or 5 minutes by driving. We were well taken care of by the new owners Veronica...

We found this very interesting B & B by chance stopping at the White Horse Inn and asking for lodging. We were warmly greeted when we arrived by Veronica and James, the new owners. Their remodel is very charming and they and the surroundings made us feel right at home with Veronica offering a cup of tea and a chat....

We stayed in the Oast House on Saturday night as it was half way along a long weekend walk route. It was a wonderful find. The owners of the house could not have been more hospitable. The Oast House is at the far end of the village from the route we came in on. We were advised to have some...

This was an absolute find! A very unusual building with a very interesting history and everything you could possibly ask for when staying away from home. What terrific service from start to finish and what a fabulous place. The area was beautiful, including wonderful views, the rooms were perfect - clean, with all amenities and very pretty - and breakfast...

We stayed one night at the lovely Renville Oast. John and Joan made us vey welcome. the rooms are spacey, and the property is delightful. The bed was very comfy, and the room contained everything that we could need. The breakfast, further to previous comments, was absolutely delightful, and included some of the best hand made sausages I have ever...

I am not sure the owners have agreed between themselves whether they want to operate a B&B. One is enthusiastic and one possibly resents anyone staying in the house. So, with this conflict, why they have anybody staying in their charming but quirky house is a mystery. The house is hard to find but is so close to the A2...
