During our yearly vacation, we make it a point to go on a trip with my family. For two consecutive years (2015&2016), it has been in Club Balai Isabel. From reservations up to the day of our stay itself, i did not have any problems dealing with the customer service. Location is excellent as well as the amenities. Food is...

My university class held a reunion at Club Balai Isabel that allowed our children free range to enjoy the grounds and the large pool while the grown ups caught up with each other's latest (and not so late) news. Some of us did book rooms for the night but most drove in from Manila for the day. A large canopy...

Traveled here with my family for lunch at their restaurant and the food was great. Their bulalo was savory with beef flavor and the laing was prepared a little different from what I'm used to, and was so delicious. The kare kare lacked oxtail bones, but was good. Not sure why they served the kare kare with a slotted spoon...

We are used to seeing Taal lake from Tagaytay so the view (eye-level) at Balai Isabel is a refreshing change. Our stay was enjoyable. The pool was warm even it was raining. We were able to cook breakfast at the unit where we stayed. Comfortable beds, towels and toiletries were provided. We took SLEX from Manila to Balai Isabel. The...

Terrible experience. We stayed in Soto a villa with four rooms. The occupants of the four rooms are given only one key for the front door. If the holder of the key is no where to be found and the front door is locked that is the start of a ruined vacation. This can easily be prevented by making duplicates...

Anyone will enjoy walking around the huge area of the resort. The view from the restaurant near the pool overlooking Taal lake was such a lovely sight! Aside from the Catholic church inside, the resort has gorgeous views making it perfect for...

This is an awesome location right on lake taal with a good portion of beachfront. My check in time was 2pm and I didn't get my room till 3:30. I was there during the Christmas rush so there were a lot of people there, however they seemed to be at least an hour behind with room turn over. House keeping...

This resort is right at taal lake.it provides a view of thehills surrounding taal volcano. You can take a short boat ride to the volcano and hike to the caldera. Driving from QC katipunan to this place took 2 hours, leaving 430pm on a friday. We did not have any trouble finding the location. There is a large Club Isabel...
