My 2nd home in Matabungkay and definitely i give them more than 200% excellent service. We are very satisfied with our stay in this resort. from time we arrived until we left, we were treated very well like a family. Everyone of them, as in literally all of them, always made sure that we had everything we needed. All staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. they provided us everything we needed even before we ask them to. special thanks to Sir Joel na sobrang accommodating samin :). I'm Planning to go back again soon. Would definitely recommend this place.

We were on a day trip to Matabungkay and we found Stardust to be welcoming and have quality staff who pays attention to details. Overall our experienced was excellent as they were also able to help with other problems we encountered ( not related to the hotel ). We will definitely come back. Highly recommended for good food and great service!

I stayed twice in this resort, one reason I love this Resort is because of their Outstanding Staff. Their Associates are very Friendly and Helpful. Special Thanks to Ms. Agnes and Rowwel and the guy in Graveyard Shift today. These Employees make this resort a second home for me. It is very relaxing to stay here. The Rooms are Clean and tidy, when it comes to Food, their Chefs made an Excellent yet affordable dishes. When it comes to Pool, they have a nice and clean pool. Overall this resort needs an Outstanding award in Trip Advisor! I will always come back here and I will reccomend this Resort to my Friends and Family. Keep up the Good Work. For the Owner of this hotel Thank you it is nice meeting you. I have no doubt that you are successful because you take good care of your employees, in return your associates take good care of us. I hope that nothing will change the way you run your resort and manage your employees. Again Thank You! For taking care of us.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. It was supposedly an overnight thing but was extended to 3d2n because the hotel was so cozy and the staff are excellent. Thanks to my trip advisor @sandra aquino for the recommendation. Would also recommend to my friends. 🤗

Celebrated our 6th anniversary here. The staff was on full effort with my request to set up the surprise anniversary greeting. The whole place was clean and all of the staff had a smile ready if you approach them. Food serving was okay. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but that's just fine for us as the beach can get busy at night time. The place offers tranquility if you want peace and quiet. We were lucky to have the place solo at our time of visit. We'll definitely book here again.

Booked through Booking.com – they only reserve the room, no prepayment FYI. If you bus commute to Lian then onto the hotel, take a jeepney instead of tricycle – it’s cheaper. There’s a one-time P25/head Environmental Fee upon entering Matabungkay. Agnes and staff were nice and accommodating, though when we arrived at 3pm, there was no electricity/water until 6pm. We swam in the in-house pool to cool off while waiting. Room was nice, has our own bathroom, paid extra P500 for an extra mattress for my kid. They have an open restaurant on the second floor, though I found it inconvenient for the staff to keep going up and down the stairs from kitchen on first floor to restaurant to bring our food. I think that layout should have been planned better, especially for rainy days. You can order food for all meal times, even room service or by the pool. The food has Italian and Filipino cuisine available. The restaurant was nice and breezy, especially when it was raining off and on during our stay. The beach is a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, not right by it, but I thought it was okay since the beach wasn’t too clean at the time since it was raining so much. We only visited once and didn’t go back. We spent all our remaining days in the hotel’s pool, which was great. There’s a 7-11 nearby if you want to get some other things you may have forgotten, also some other stores that sell swimsuits, goggles, etc. There’s also a pizza place we ordered from for lunch. They also just recently opened an AlfaMart on our last day, only a few feet away from the hotel. I wouldn’t mind staying here again for a short stay, but just keep in mind how to get there by bus commute. They do offer free parking if you have your own car, just need to let them know in advance.

I just saw this hotel thru Trivago. From the time I made the deal & called Agnes I booked the place for a Lenten vacation, looking forward it'll be good & to be very honest. I was satisfied! I didn't expect that the hotel is so nice. Though the pool is quite small & the beach was overcrowded. It was worth it! My main satisfaction was the Staff. Agnes & Joel was so amazing. They are very very accommodating. Joel even told me that they have 2 family rooms but we were given the largest one. One good example of a Filipino hospitality at it's best. Once I have the chance I will definitely go back again, Only complaint maybe is the wifi connection. Very weak. But that is just fine. Nice room, relaxing bed. Nice AC, nice bathroom, thick towels & sheets. Overall My first time trip with my family is so amazing at Stardust. Will definitely recommend this Hotel to my friends. :)

Booked this hotel on the day itself during the Holy Week. We paid somewhere around 3k but don't mind since we didn't really plan our vacation through. The owner and staff were all super friendly and nice! The pool and hotel grounds were all clean. The bed was huge, and the room was spacious. I think the bathroom could use a bit of an improvement as it was wet althrought the toiler. The shower area could use a bit of separation from the toilet as the whole bathroom flooded when someone showered. The breakfast was for 90php only, but the service was was very small. There is parking in the premises and is for free, so that's a plus. Overall, would recommend!
