We have stayed here four times now mainly due to its location. We stayed four nights and had to move from a crown room which was lovely and spacious to an agesta which was very tired looking and a lot smaller. Excellent staff though could not do enough for you and nothing too much trouble. Rooms looking a little tired... More

Hotel is in a lovely setting but it needs decorating. We stayed for 3 nights in room 20, a very noisy room above the "swimming pool" Wi fi was not good in the room. A wedding took place during our time there and unfortunately the staff could not cope too well, far more staff were needed, had to chase around... More

We stayed here many years ago as frequent visitors to the New Forest. Also stayed at Beaulieu Road a few times. Both very good but liked Moorhill House much more. The restaurant is much better appointed and a pleasure to eat in for breakfast and evening meal. The food is wonderful and presented in the very best way. The hotel... More

We stayed with our two young children (one five months). The food is on a par with London restaurants and is lovely to come back to after a busy day. The advantage here is that you can book an evening meal from 5:30 pm where other hotels we have stayed at don't start until later. Looking around guests included; young... More

Wow the most important aspect of this hotel was the location. You could walk from the garden (secure) out onto the New Forest and expect to see Ponies and Pigs foraging for horse chestnuts and acorns 9we went in late October so dont expect acorns in June!!) A vey freaindly if stretched team of staff run the hotel with great... More

Got caught out by the unpaved section of road on arrival, but not hard to find with sat- nav. Hotel well tucked away, quiet, and looked tidy. Easy check in, Staff friendly and helpful, lounge areas by check in to sit and enjoy tea and relax. Food was very good, we had the BB&D package, tasty with good service. We... More

Superb location in the lovely New Forest. Lovely local pub in Burley and within easy travelling distance for all new forest attractions. Cycle hire nearby in Burley. Great for cycling, walking or sight seeing.

Brilliant location for a quiet break, food is innovative and top quality. The staff are very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Rooms are comfortable most with forest views. The small swimming pool is a nice extra. Bar service can be a bit slow but that is only a very minor fault. We have stayed many times and are sure to go... More

Room was nice and spacious, only problem was the continuous noise all day and night from the de-humidifier in the swimming pool. No sleep on the first night.
