A warm welcome awaited from the hosts. The room was delightful, everything you could need and more. There was a super communal table for breakfast and an area to relax in the evening on settees with TV etc. The breakfast was brilliant, delicious fresh fruit and yogurts, toast, choice of cooked food, cafetiere coffee. Superb!!

Had a most wonderful two nights at The Old Granary. It has all the comforts particularly the beds - they were so comfortable! Food was first class and we would thoroughly recommend a visit. It is very peaceful and lincoln is a brilliant city as well as Hartsholme County park to explore.

We could not have been made to feel more welcome by William and Paula, lots of information about what to see in the area and a splendid breakfast. Best scrambled eggs ever! Loved the horses and enjoyed a friendly cuddle with them.

Just spent 2 nights at this lovely b& b with a friend, having met up to go to Lincoln Christmas Market together.. What a comfortable treat we enjoyed. We had separate rooms but shared a lovely spacious, well, equipped bathroom. Underfloor heating throughout ensured that we remained nice and toasty during what was the coldest night so far this winter....
