Pleasantly surprised by the very warm welcome, smiling and responsive staff, a spacious room with a balcony with a very beautiful view of the sea and sunset, good bedding.
A note at reception about dust in the elevator.
The next day, cleaning done, well done!!
A little nod to the very friendly barmaid and her very good cocktails.
Thank you to all the staff for this pleasant stay

The reception went very well. The pool is comfortable. The bar also and exceptionally we were able to have dinner because the restaurant was closed.
Very good service with a responsive team.
Bravo anyway, for those who love nature, they will not be disappointed, because we are down the mountain, and no beach access, but there is 400 km of beach through the Guadeloupe Islands.
The bedding was good and the room well air conditioned.
This hotel looks great from the outside. On the other hand, common areas leave something to be desired (dust and dirt). The pool is nice. The rooms are a bit old and lack rigorous maintenance. The reception and catering staff are welcoming but you will have to confirm your pdj and pay everything upon arrival as if you were in a budget hotel. However, management should review its service policy. My shower was off. So I asked to shower in a nearby spare room and enjoy a late check out after waiting 2 hours for its impossible repair. Despite many possibilities checked with the maids on my floor, I had to shower in the disused changing rooms of the old abandoned sports facilities. Sordid atmosphere, filthy with bonus, the light that goes out on its own. Also calls from the accommodation manager every 30 min to ask me to vacate my room which, anyway, cannot be rebooked due to the bathroom out of order.
On the other hand, the 2nd person is charged 30€/night if added to the reservation for 1 person, charging the price of the double room 20€ more than the price displayed behind the door for an occupancy of 2 people. The billing is opaque because depending on the season but not clearly displayed at the reception. You have to ask!
Breakfast is extra charged for the service offered. On my departure I ask to meet the director, present in the establishment, to express my dissatisfaction but after checking with the interested party, the reception indicates that she does not wish to meet me... None of this exudes professionalism...
