While passing through Basse Terre for professional reasons, I spent 5 nights in this establishment that I did not know.
Pleasantly surprised by the very warm welcome, smiling and responsive staff, a spacious room with a balcony with a very beautiful view of the sea and sunset, good bedding.

This hotel looks great from the outside. On the other hand, common areas leave something to be desired (dust and dirt). The pool is nice. The rooms are a bit old and lack rigorous maintenance. The reception and catering staff are welcoming but you will have to confirm your pdj and pay everything upon arrival as if you were in a budget hotel. However, management should review its service policy. My shower was off. So I asked to shower in a nearby spare room and enjoy a late check out after waiting 2 hours for its impossible repair. Despite many possibilities checked with the maids on my floor, I had to shower in the disused changing rooms of the old abandoned sports facilities. Sordid atmosphere, filthy with bonus, the light that goes out on its own.
