I can’t recommend and rate this site highly enough. Excellent facilities, staff and extremely clean. Stunning location with wonderful views. We stayed in a safari tent /glamping which was fantastic. The site is in a great location, and well appointed - built on the site of an old quarry - and well landscaped.

We had a really fantastic week staying at L'Anse du Brick. The campsite was exceptionally well run, great facilities and wonderful location with a brilliant beach. Given the current Covid situation we were very pleasantly surprised at how clean the whole site was. The pool area was particularly spotless and so were the cottages(caravans). We felt totally confident and safe. We will most definitely be back xx

Check in was very good, friendly welcoming staff, very informative I was really impressed with the clean chalet/ cottage, it was spotless, everything you would need, very comfortable only complaint though a small one was the pillows, they were not the best, easy reach of the beach tho a climb if your not good at walking it’s quite steep down to beach again nice well kept, the site is colorful with plants and flowers and every house was hedging for privacy, The food good in restaurants, tho beer was pricey, wine cheep as you would expect, good location to ferry port in Cherbourg easy to tour the area. Overall very good.

L’anse du Brick campsite (Les Castels) is a wonderful peaceful campsite with stunning views of the sea. What a find, just 15 mins from Cherbourg ferry port. A great place to regroup before a longer journey into France or you could certainly stay here for longer. The pool is spotless and so are the toilet/shower facilities. We particularly enjoyed the soothing whale music played in the shower blocks. We arrived with our small tent, but hired a pitch with sea view and shed containing fridge/freezer, sunloungers, parasol and bbq. There was also a wooden picnic table with bench seats. Well worth paying a bit more for. The beach is beautiful and there is plenty of sand when the tide is out. There are also fab forest and coastal walks. We did the coastal walk to Port Lévi and saw many WWII bunkers on the way back. Great holiday for a couples. In high season, there looks plenty to do for families too. We only ate in the Pizzeria one evening, self catered for the rest of our stay. We chose burgers, which were to be honest a little odd, but I think we just chose the wrong meal. The pizzas looked great! We encountered a day of rain so went to La Cite de la Mer, which for the price of 1 ticket gets you in to see a Nuclear Submarine, a fab interactive Aquarium and an exhibition about the Titanic. We stayed there for nearly 5 hours, as there is so much to see.
