We stayed in cottage 2 for 4 nights. The cottage is well placed for trips into the Brecon Becons as well as south to the Gower Peninsula. Plenty of things close by for the kids including stage Tin mines, waterfall walks and the show caves complete with dinosaurs. Plenty of space for a family of 4 (we didn't even use...

My family and I have just spent the weekend in these beautiful cottages. Situated in the heart of the Welsh country side, these two semi detached cottages are the perfect place to stay if you have a large family. With amazing views across the Welsh hills, delightful bedrooms, spacious lounge diners, well equipped kitchens, these cottages are simply perfect as...

We spent a lovely week in one of the Tan yr Eglwys cottages and Helen was a wonderful host. The cottage was in a good position - secluded, but not too far away from civilization! There are good views from the garden of the surrounding countryside and there are a number of footpaths nearby that we and the children used...

We stayed at this lovely "home away from home" for a week in June. We were visiting relatives in Winchwen it was handy for travelling back and forth. From my first communication with the lovely Helen I knew we would be well looked after, she is a wealth of information and so easy to chat to, felt like I'd known...

Stayed in one of these cottages for four nights in May while working in Pontardawe. Set in a lovely quiet location in stunning countryside, the cottage felt very homely (helped by the tea and cakes left out for us!). We were secretly quite glad when the weather turned cooler as we had an excuse to light the cosy wood-burning stove....

A lovely, homely cottage not far from Ponterdawe. Everything you could need and Helen is a fantastic host and source of local knowledge. Beautiful views and walking routes nearby. Highly recommended. We stayed in the smaller cottage Ty Bach Twt for 4 nights.

We stayed at the cottage for a little more than a week in late September 2015. First and foremost, Helen is just the best! Great communication before arrival and plenty of insight on things to do of our interest. She was happy to help as much (or in our case as little) as we wanted. We had the privacy and...

A lovely homely cottage with lots of space and everything you could need. A nice location in the countryside but not far to get to the main roads so can visit neath, Swansea and Brecon. Beautiful beaches and wonderfall walks nearby.....even straight from the cottage. Helen was very helpful in recommending places to visit, whatever the weather.

We had the best time. We needed a family holiday for the three of us ( we have a 3 yr old boy). He loved all of the castles, Woods, waterfalls, beaches, nature and dinosaurs. Lots of hidden places and Helen couldn't be more welcoming. She was a mine of information and we felt we'd made a friend by the...

We stayed in the smaller cottage for a week in May this year which we booked from the other South Wales in Australia so had no idea what to expect. What we found was a lovely cosy cottage with plenty of room and facilities for our party of 5 adults (Helen pushed 2 single beds together for our 2 last...
