After a long walk to Ghorepani this place was a delight, I had a nice room with twin beds and a good bathroom, nice hot shower and western toilet. The room view was awesome. Lunch was served outside on the deck and dinner inside around the fire. In the evening there was a nice atmosphere with other travelers talking around...

I reached here with a terrible stomach. This proved to be a nice and clean place for resting. As I was not too well to go down for meals, the owner was nice to allow food delivered to our room. Big windows gave magnificent view while I rest.

The Hungry Eye Guest house ist awesome. Nice rooms with a wonderfull view on the mountains, very friendly and hospitably owner ladies who make the tastiest appel pie and patatoe rösti we got on 11 days of trekking with a lot of really nice lodges. Especially nice is the time next to the chimney. Take your diner there and enjoy...

We stayed here one night on our Annapurna and poon hill treck. There are other hotels called hungry eye in the region, but only one at Ghorepani. The 2 women that seem to run the place are fantastic- efficient, friendly, helpful, and have a good grasp of English. Food is the best we got on the trail- try the vegetable...

The Hungry Eye is in Ghorepani -From the police check point at the bottom of the hill, walk about 100 yards on cobbled street and look for the Hungry Eye on your right hand side - up half a dozen stone steps. Tea house accommodation is basic, hostel style accommodation so giving it 5 stars doesn't mean it compares to...
