A friend and I stayed for two nights. Our bedrooms were large, modern and comfortable with decent showers. The staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was excellent, although you have to wait for dinner to arrive - up to 50 minutes, so order early. The hotel is in beautiful countryside....

Comfortable bed and great shower. Booked for dinner which was a great decision. Quality of food was excellent. Only down side was we couldn't get booked for the 2 nights as they were full. Pity. Lovely treat. Waiting on was alittle slow but the food was delicious. The room we had was lovely and clean and the bed was so comfortable. x Quiet and with beautiful views from the front. Nice real fire where you can sit and read newspapers and enjoy the comforts.

We were travelling to Scotland and decided to stay for one night here. We were so pleased with the accommodation and, especially, the food that we stayed for two nights. Other comments have mentioned that service was slow and that is true. However it is more than compensated with the freshness of every course that came out. Hot food was...

Had a lovely stay, the staff where very welcoming and extremely kind and helpful. The room was modern but still inkeeping with the old coach houses character, outside the hotel it's self is picturesque with a beer garden with some nice views. The food was excellent with many of the ingredients produced on the grounds (sausage, bacon, black pudd ect)

We stayed here for two nights while visiting family in the area. We found the rooms to be very well presented, clean, tidy and newly decorated. The room was very comfortable and the staff could not have been more welcoming. Breakfast was beautifully cooked, the granola and the scrambled eggs were memorable! The chef is passionate about his local ingredients...

We often eat lovely meals at the Redwell and it is only busy at the weekend. We went with our grandchildren on Friday evening, early about 6.30 for a meal. The pub was empty apart from a few people drinking outside. Some tables had reserved on ,but we were surprised to be told by the barmaid we could not have...
