I went with my family for the weekend. The property was average or i should say below average. They have so any dogs due to which it is risky to roam around freely in the property. The rooms were just ok..which proves that the pictures uploaded on the sites are the best pictures taken. The host was not keen to...

We stayed in this place last month as a group of 36 members from small child to octogenarian. The home made food was well appreciated by all. Thanks to caretaker Mr Rajni's mother and wife. The place has swimming pool, carroms and swing. We couldn't able to have camp fire because of heavy monsoon rains. One of the memorable stay...

We went as a family group of 36 members. Excellent arrangements were made and the food, accommodation were nice. Due to rain couldn't had the camp fire. Swimming pool, Carroms, lawn were very nice.. Beautiful place to hangout with friends, away from the croud. Homestay with a swimming pool is an amazing combo. loved the dogs, caretaker is good and will make sure to provide every comfort possible. Very good property with all the aminities needed

This is an excellent place if you are looking for a break from your busy schedule. Just besides the Anekodu forest area, which will be visible right from your Homestay. Rajni is just an awesome guy. Our first visit to Coorg was a wonderful experience. Simply Niceeee…… Me Rajini (Care Taker of Balaji Villa) greeted us well. The place was awesome with a nice garden, swimming pool, play area and pets. Yes,Balaji Villa Home Stay is one of the best place to stay.We four family members stayed four days in the month of February 2016.It is located near Khushalnagar in the coconut,coffee and betelnut garden.We enjoyed bonefire.Clealiness is good.We enjoyed Veg and Non Veg south indian Coorg food.Food quality is best and delicious home made.We purchased coffee and spices.Visited Talkavery,Abbey water...

Great place for a getaway, beautiful surrounding amidst nature, excellent food and hospitality. Stay at the private cottage was worth while, quite a huge property and well maintained with a peaceful atmosphere.

I had booked only one room for the stay in a hurry but had 4 people. The manager helped in accommodating the other two as well. I guess we were lucky. But the food and the services were excellent and i really will like to travel again someday. Thumbs UP
