Stayed one night and loved it here. The room was made out like a bedroom in a house so made you feel like you were staying with friends or family. The bathroom looked new and the bed was comfy and warm. Breakfast was cereal, fruit and yoghurts on a help yourself table. Croissants fresh out of the oven, with toast...

I was not sure what I would find on arrival as the Inn is just a bit set back off a busy road but as soon as I went in that didn't really seem to matter. We were shown to our rooms and given a bottle of water and a thermos of fresh milk. Lovely bathroom with nice toileteries, fluffy...

The room was very attractively designed with good attention to detail and all the facilities one needed. The bar area and bar restaurant were cosy and attractive. The staff were friendly, capable and geared to good customer service. All round a good experience.

We stayed in the Queen's Inn for four nights. Very well kept room at the back of the Inn, no. 6, the best bed I ever had in England. The staff was without exception very friendly and helpfull. We also enjoyed the pub food, tastefull, all fresh ingredients, compliments to the chef. Played golf at Dale Hill, demanding course, well...

Had yet another excellent meal here last night, prior to visiting the Kino. Great menu, great food, great service and good value. We chose the grilled king prawns to start followed by liver and bacon (my husband) and fish and chips for me. Will definitely be coming again, and recommending to our friends.

Given that we have lived in the village over 8 years it was only the second time I had been in the Queens. Just a pint, good selection of beers. Tried the Old Dairy very good. Nice old word feel. Smart faded decor. Good atmosphere for 6 pm on a Friday night. Bar area was pleasantly busy with food being...

Excellently appointed rooms and fine dining made this a very comfortable stay, a pleasant change from the usual purple based hotels. Nice touch having a dab radio in the room, home from home comforts make the difference.

Just returned from an overnight stay in this delightful inn. We had a light lunch on arrival which was superb and served with a smile. On mentioning that we were looking for somewhere to do a spot of emergency laundry the lovely lady behind the bar said straight away that she would do it for us. When we returned later...

Visited for Sunday lunch today (15/01/17) unfortunately was told it was a carvery then given a menu, and informed it isn't a carvery decided to stay and try the roast, no beef available, settled for mixed roast ( requested no pork as do not eat it), didn't get extra other meat as offered. Overall good food, however, quite expensive relative...
