Hotel is located by the ocean as the name suggests, although the sea is over the other side of a very busy dual carriageway and washes against a sea wall rather than a beach. The hotel has a grand lobby yet the rooms are relatively basic, there was a working safe and a hairdryer in the bathroom, but only 1...

I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again. Its right on the ocean view as the name says. Also very close to the city center. Stuff was very, very friendly and helpful with recommendations what to see in the city and as well restaurants.

The property from the outside looks very different from what the rooms have to offer. I had chosen the Ocean View Suite. Ocean is hardly seen from the old, wrinkled and stained curtains. The furniture is scratched and in general needs a full makeover. The linens were old and just not right. The shower was not thoroughly clean and there...

This hotel is right across from the Malecon so the views of the Gulf of Mexico are very nice. This means though that its also right on a very busy street so it can get quite noisy. The Centro Historico is about a 15 minute walk but beware of missing or broken sidewalks, which make it tricky to avoid traffic...

This hotel is not bad but not even great. It should be renewed. The breakfast was good, though, with a great choice. The distance from the center is a nice 18 minutes walk on the seaside. Wi-fi works well.

We stayed here for one night as part of a Yucatan road trip. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was nice, good wifi and average breakfast. It's a small hotel so there is no lift, but the staff helped us get our heavy luggage up and down the stairs. We were also given a map and a magazine with...

We stayed one night here as part of a tour: the room was pretty average and we were on the right side of the hotel to have an ocean view but unfortunately had a ground floor room so the only view we had was of the street. When I opened the curtains in the morning there was a workman leaning...

I stayed one night at this hotel during my recent visit to Mexico. It is one of the best hotel in town I think. Check in and check out was good, staff are friendly and helpful in general. There is no lift so if you are carrying a big suitcase you will feel it. Room is fine but need some...

This hotel is well located on the sea front but the room we were in needs redecorating. The breakfast was OK but tables were not cleared quickly enough so there was no where to sit. All staff were polite and helpful.

This hotel was beautiful, right on the Hulf. The staff were always cheerful and helpful, greeting you coming and going. They were eager to help and dropped everything when you had a question. One man took the monitor from behind the desk and put it on the desk, pulled up a map to show me a less than simple way...
