This is a very authentic hotel. Circa 1900. Owners are very friendly. The restaurant is licensed and experienced in serving glutten free meals. Many rooms have their own bath. Decor is interesting with many antiques. Nice outside patio.

This was a great spot on a long drive. Cheaper than Saskatoon 30 km away and totally worth stopping out of the larger city. The food in the restaurant was affordable and very tasty. The room was so cute. The owners have done a great job restoring the rooms. Very clean and obviously well cared for. Loved the service, a...

This is a treasure, an unexpected delight - full of character and attention to detail, with very friendly, down-home service. The owners are almost finished renovating this historic landmark to its original splendor, featuring 1920's theme and decor (but with up-to-date plumbing and electricity for the sake of convenience). We were thrilled with the very comfortable bed and antique furnishings...

Stopped in not knowing what to expect. To our surprise the hotel was all redone. There is so much attention to detail. The rooms are like staying in a museum with all the old touches but with all new and up to date fixtures. Beds are comfortable and everything is so clean. We arrived on a day the restaurant was...

Stopped for a late lunch on our roadtrip, due purely to location. We ordered four different meals and all of them were amazing (burgers, salads & beef dip). Very interesting decor & friendly service. Took a quick tour of the rooms -- if you are looking for an eclectic experience with clean accommodations, this is the place for you. Will...

We stayed here for one night on April 6. As others have said, don't let the exterior of the give you the wrong impression. The owners have done an amazing job of renovating the rooms. We stayed in the Diefenbaker Suite, complete with a slanted floor. The queen bed was new and had a pillow top mattress. The claw foot...

We appreciated comfortable bed and clean room. It served us well since we spent the day with our family in town. Tony (0wner) was very pleasant, friendly and eagerly shared the history of the hotel and informed us about the renovations he had done and what still needed to be done. Owners are working hard at renovating the 100 yr...

The owners (Tony) are excellent people, they were there to make us feel welcome and assist in anyway possible. I have stayed in many small rural hotels in Europe and other parts of the world. The model T is as good as it gets for a turn of the century hotel and bar in rural Saskatchewan. Great food and resonable...

Don't let the scruffy exterior make you drive past, the Model-T Bar and Grill (and hotel) is being nicely renovated on the inside. The owners have made the bar and restaurant comfortable and attractive and keep them very clean. The suites are unique with bath tubs and cleverly shielded toilets. The grill menu is basically burgers and fries. They are...

My boyfriend and I needed a getaway and were finding it difficult to find time in our busy schedules to do just that. He surprised me late in the week with the exclamation that we were going to Borden for a one night stay. I couldn't have been MORE pleased with the ambiance when we arrived. Extremely professional and friendly...
