I stayed at the Amboseli Serena for a 5th time in November. Such a fun lodge. Cute vervet monkeys to entertain you with the evening parade of animals to the waterhole to thrill you. Good food, friendly staff. I have stayed here during all 5 of my safaris in Kenya and recommend it. Get base to go into the park...

We stayed two nights in October and found the staff excellent. Our room was comfortable, and was fitted with mozzie nets. The bed was good, room was clean and compact. The shower was one of the better ones we experienced in Africa. There is no air conditioning in the room but that seems fairly normal in Kenya. The food was...

We spent 2 nights in the hotel and enjoyed the proximity to the wildlife. Realy, the wildlife starts just next to the terraces with impala, water bucks, gazelles and an occasional elephant during drinks! Once you leave the guarded gates of the hotel, your game drive starts. Excellent! The hotel itself is convenient, you wouldn't pay these amounts of money...

This was our first hotel on safari with a group and it was quite simple but nice. Monkeys are pretty bold but it definitely makes you feel like you are really by the park. Amboseli is amazing - tons of elephants!

Amboseli Serena is cozy, homy feeling, very agreable place. It is beautifully landscaped and located beside a waterhole where animals can be seen very close day and night. Rooms are smaller and simpler than other Serenas, ground level, no views, but architecturally very pleasant. Cooling is by a fan, a mosquito net encircles the bed, which is important because some...

I came here after spending two nights in Kilaguni Serena. Everything was a notch higher from the previous destination. The food, the facility etc. Especially the food, it was way better, the selection was great. The place is even more homely. At night you get to see animals grazing near the lodge. The bar setting is also fantastic. The downside...

We had 2 nights here during our multi stop safari, game viewing in this park is awesome, we saw everything we expected and more, plus the backdrop of Kilimanjaro is the icing on the cake for any picture. Staff here seem to spend a lot of time watching your wallet rather than doing their job, overdosed on the tip culture...

Thank you very much for taking time to review our property and service, I am very delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay particularly the landscape, food service and variety.
