At the end of a demanding several days long hike in the Mercantour National Park area this location was a very good and well appreciated alternative to the fully booked CAF refuge Les Merveilles: private room, comfortable bed, hot shower, excellent food, nice bar, inspiring company and super friendly staff. The hostel is just a 2h drive from Nice and beams you instantly into another world. If you love nature, some adventure, sports and spending time also with large groups of friends (we are usually around 10 px) then Neige et Merveilles is a great place to go. The staff is super-friendly, the place rustic but cosy and the price for a bed, dinner and breakfast with less than 40€ more than correct.…
