Very kind and true hospitality and personal attitude to each guest. Real family feeling and attention to you starting from the director Andrea till personal serving the meal. Individually ordered flowers on wife's name day was really great and beautifull and jug of fresh juice in the room was nice surprise. Since we have been traveling by airplane back home...

It has been our first trip as a family with 5 months old baby and thanks to Andrea and Michela it has been excellent and we have been inspired to travel more and more with the little one! Everything was prepared and thought through - the baby cot free of charge, the room on the last floor with the least...

Our first time to Val di Sole we found us at a very quiet and cozy place to spend the vacation in. The hotel is small, just the right size for the family of three. Great atmosphere, great hosts, everything was A++.

Both management and staff were the friendliest and most helpful people we met on our entire holiday around Italy. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome. Food was excellent, rooms clean and well maintained. Services levels for a family hotel were up there with four or five star hotels. Would recommend this establishment...

The best hotel we have ever stayed at! The staff are all amazing, friendly and so helpful, cleanliness of the hotel was top notch and the food was great. A very comfy and welcoming hotel which was the highlight of our trip. Would love to return again!

Its the finest hotel there we ever been. Its not big but very cosy. There is the higest service, homeliness, friendly atmosphere and tenderness of personal in Aurora hotel. My family really liked vacation here and we will definitely return to this hotel again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aurora, fantastic food and hospitality from the very friendly staff, Basic rooms were clean and tidy and towels made into animal characters on our arrival. Breakfast was tailored to our tastes and nothing was too much trouble for Andrea and Micheala who even joined us in our eveningactivities to go bowling and a visit...

We felt like home in Aurora, except that someone else cleaned up our room ;) Great food prepared by Andrea - amazing deserts! Super kind and carrefull service provided by Maria! Very clean rooms. Simple, but we had everything we needed, even the balcony!. Just had a little problems with linens as we are not use to sheets ( :D...

Wonderful staff ("good located" in the tourist services), very friendly and family atmosphere, delicious food, clean rooms, heated room for skis and boots, parking, fast wifi, good wine. Andrea, I'm coming back. Tomek
