We have stayed at three hotels in Railay (which we love!) and this was not the best but it was the cheapest. The main downsides were that the Wi-Fi didn't work in our room and the bed was pretty broken down. Otherwise, it's budget Thailand. Yes, you might find some bugs and stuff but it was fine for us. The... More

Awesome but do remember mosquito repellent as we discussed get eaten. Lovely bats in the cave. We bartered down the entry price. Can't remember what we paid sadly but it was worth it. Wear secure foot wear. We wore pluggers (flip flops) and nearly lost them down the cracks in the floor

Zahid the hotel manager was extremely helpful in returning wrong luggage and helping me find my luggage. His staff was very hardworking and virtuous in working for hours to help make the situation better. I cannot thank him and his staff in helping me. Very nice people. Sincerely, Laura White

My wife and I had a double room for 7 nights, the room was on the first floor and was large, we also had a balcony looking over the garden. The decor is a bit dated and the shower was one you had to hold and direct the water over yourself . Some reviews claim the room wasn't cleaned every day,... More

We've been there for almost a week.. we loved the pool, the room, the resto and the buffet breakfast we had every mornings! The reception is friendly and responsive to every information that we need. I was once hurt and got wound on my feet when we were heading back to our room. I dont remember what exactly happened but... More

Fine if you're on a budget and don't mind paying extra for basic amenities that are supposedly included in your booking, e.g, air con was charged at 300THB per night, though our booking specified we had air con. No daily cleaning service, which is pretty disgusting when you aren't allowed to put tissue in the toilet. 1 toilet roll provided... More

No wifi except in public areas room wasn't cleaned daily. Nice location and pool but a bit of a walk from the road. They had a mini mart and restaurant which was nice but the staff wasn't too friendly.

This is definitely a budget resort you get what you pay for which for me is fine for the location so I don't have to be spending 2000 a night, it seems to be a lot of petty reviews. But confused at the last reviews wether I stayed at the same place... The staff I had were very nice even... More

We were staying for one night in this resort. We had a room with 2 bed. In the middle off the night we woke up because of a sound. I want to check, but almost felt because of the slippery floor. Also my backpack and the bed we slept in become wet. When i looked up i saw a hole... More

We were supposed to stay here for 3 nights, but ended up staying just 1, as the hotel was absolutely horrendous. When we were shown to our room, there was a huge, (alive) cockroach next to our bed which the staff member laughed at then went to remove it and said it was fine. After the staff member had left,...
