Bear in mind when visiting Railay that in general, people have no orientation on costumer service as most travelled people are used to and Thai people keep most to themselves and don't try to be kind. Staff at the hotel reception were nicer but everyone else does leave an impression as they are making you a favor. That's just how...

We spent two weeks at Sand Sea Restore. It is perfectly located. Staff is very friendly. We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Double Room with a huge bed and a bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. The decor is modern with ambient lighting. Food in th restaurant is fresh and tasty. Everybody keeps writing about the hotel being...

We've just left sand sea restore. It couldn't be more perfectly located and was the perfect base for our stay at railay but sadly the staff let it down a bit. They lack the smiles and kindness we've become so accustomed to in Thailand, they come across as grumpy and very unhappy to help. It is very noisy in the...

Tonight I ordered a pizza from the restaurant but the wrong one was sent out and I waited for my right pizza. When it arrived it wasn't properly cooked and asked if it could be sent back and cooked more as the base wasn't crispy at all and topping not properly cooked. The waiter seemed to have a big problem...

Location is great as it is less than 5 mins walk to the beach. Very nice, spacious & clean room too. Love the ambience and the environment. The only thing lacking is the service from the staffs. The only one with great service were those from the massage place. All the other hotel staffs were really grumpy, especially the in-house...

The location of the hotel is great but the staff especially the service desk are not so good and polite. The rooms are a little bit outdated. In the hotel they don't serve alcohol and if you are drinking person you must go to the store outside the hotel to buy a drink which is a little bit annoying.

The arrival to the resort was entertaining to say the least, taxi van, tuc-tuc, longtail boat and finally a tractor carriage, we were left somewhat bewildered as it all happened without a word exchanged and we didn't have a clue what was going on😀. Our room was a grand deluxe with a huge comfy bed, there was plenty of room...

I stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend and I have to say that it was truly amazing experience. We stayed in Grand Deluxe room which was absolutely perfect. Super huge room with the balcony to the garden. The bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The bed was soooo huge and comfortable and since we´ve been celebrating our relationship aniversary,...

This hotel is right on the beautiful Railey Beach. To get to hotel You need to get to Ao Nammao or Ao Nang pier and get a long tail boat from there. It will take you to either Railey East or West, hotel in on west side of Railey. It's not a problem if they drop you at East side,...

We stayed here for 7 days, for a wedding. A great location for the ceremony. The beach is perfect. The service was fantastic and the accomodation realy comfortable. Easily a place to recomend, both familyfriendly and romantic for couples.
