We didn't stay at the hotel but enjoyed the Restaurant on the beach. Top location, view and setting. Comfy chairs and very friendly and good service. Food was very good but dishes too small for hungry people and for what you pay. Overall it's recommendable but be prepared to spend more than you might expect.

My husband and I spent 7 nights at the Rayavadee as the first part of our Honeymoon in Thailand in April & May of 2015. The Rayavadee was our first destination, and we were not disappointed. We selected the 7 night Honeymoon package which had lots of amazing inclusions such as dinners, massages, a cooking class and a speedboat tour...

Arriving at the Rayavadee in Krabi gives a misleading first impression. The cove that the speedboat pulls into is too shallow to allow disembarkation, especially at low tide when it is basically a mud flat, so you transfer on to a trailer, dragged by a tractor, across a less than fragrant expanse of dirty, compacted sand towards one end of...

Really amazing trip, with the surrounding cliffs taking our breath away as soon as we arrived. A true 5+ star stay with outstanding service from start to finish. The highlight was the (free) cave tour from the resort's activities guru, Yobi. To have activities such as cave hikes, kayaking, and snorkling available right on-property was an outstanding perk. The pool...

This was the last stop on our holiday & a hotel that had been on my wish list for a long time. No pressure then! I'd done a lot of research & knew that the beaches surrounding the hotel weren't private & would therefore attract a lot of tourists. This is true, however it didn't affect our stay at all....

We loved Rayavadee. Such a beautiful setting. It was full when we stayed (Songkran) but didn't feel busy or crowded at all. We were 2 adults and 2 children in a deluxe pavilion and it worked well. One of the things that set it apart from other lovely places I've stayed was that it felt generous - often in expensive...
