Supposedly staying in the newer building. But the room was still a bit old though. It's rather spacious but the air con doesn't seem be working very well. It was rather warm. Not sure about the other rooms. Wish to open windows but they are closed and can't be opened. The good things are: firstly it comes with complimentary hotspring... More

I booked my room in newer building at 5th floor. The new building is modern and clean. The room was quite and built in A/C worked very well with little noise. The bath room was clean and well maintained every day. My room had 220V -> 110V step down transformer in room to allow the use of U.S. appliance. The... More

I travelled Asan (alternatively named Onyang) for business and stayed at this hotel. The garden has traditional Korean style of historical pavilion and structures which are great and beautiful. I was heard that there are traditional and western wedding ceremony busier in the weekend. Its location is very convenient where the markets street and energetic bars are nearby in the... More

Onyang Tourist Hotel is a 3 star hotel for services, with the exception of the fitness and spa services. Those are 4 star quality. I have been staying in this place for business trips since 1996 and it hasn't changed. Just the staff get a little older and some change for new staff. You need to be a little "forward"... More

The hotel is old and tired. The decor is 30 years old and the lobby and restaurant seem to be stuck in the 1980's. I was staying here for business so it was practical but since it is more of a tourist hotel that is aimed at the hot springs it needs a serious overhaul if it wishes to attract... More

For a hotel that is the town in the midst of Hyundai and Samsung manufacturing plants, it is absolutely disgusting. I recently stayed here 5 nights and my room was not properly cleaned. There were morsels of food, hair (lots of it) and general dirt left over on the floor near the bedside table and trash can from previous guests.... More

We stayed for two nights, the lobby was spartan but clean, the staff have a ready smile and a bow to all the guest, the only confusion we had on the first day are the many passageway to your room, the room itself is clean and spacious, the bed is another matter, it has seen better days. The hotel had... More

I went to Onyang with my families and mother, especially for traditional hotspring. The hotel is a tradition hotel, old but the receptionists were very nice, and the beds were clean. But, the air-conditioning was not tolerable, coz it became 27degree C during the night, and it was so so hot. I have to get up late 3:00am and went... More

stayed for 1N in a traditional Korean style room, meaning just mats on the heated floor. the room was spartan, with a CRT TV and an analogue control panel with defunct A/C switch. good experience, convenient for the spa downstairs. the spa was a gender-separated no-nonsense hot spring spa with two hot and one cold indoor pools plus one hot... within 10 mins walk from Onyangoncheon station. 24-hour hot spring water in room but don't know it's real or not, it's better to public pools in basement, 6000 Won and 40% discount for guest. But just 3 hot sprint pools(2 indoor and 1 outdoor) and 1 cold pool over there.
